The wait to get your order was over one hour. You were allowed to sit, but the servers were semi-polite. The food came out and order was right, however two of the orders were alittle undercooked. Probably would call before hand to check to see if the kitchen has adequate service.

My husband and I are on a special diet. It can get Very annoying to order when we are out to eat. It makes it hard on the staff because it’s So particular.

No stars…Don’t waste your time, it WILL be a LONG wait!!! There are 7 people working in here right now. We saw food come out once in the 30-40 minutes we sat there. We saw a family sitting there when we came in that left because they had somewhere to be. The tables in front of, and behind us that were there before us were still waiting for their food when we left. We decided to leave when we saw hash browns going into the microwave. This is the most ridiculous experience I have ever had, there are no defined roles, the employees are lost and don’t have a clue. Worst Huddle House ever!!! The owners should mystery shop this place. In and out of Bojangles in the time it took to type this!

Bry the waitress has great work ethics and was Johnny on the spot. I watched her while we were there and she kept busy. She kept my husband coffee cup filled and he loved that about her he said she was the best about that he had seen. We checked out I told her I wanted to brag on her and told her what a good job she was doing. Thank you Bry for a enjoyable visit. Keep up the good work we are sure this is not your first rodeo of being a waitress. Thank you. Sue

We (3 people)were there Sunday around 12:30 pm. Wasn’t busy, several empty tables should have been my first clue. Waitress wasn’t friendly gave us our menus then disappeared. 20 minutes later she came for our drink orders. 3 waters, nothing difficult. 10 minutes later she got our order, nothing special, straight off their menu. 10 minutes later, we got our waters . 6 minutes later, she turned our order over to the cook. 30 minutes later we were eating. We did ask for extra napkins, hot sauce and a toast that was forgotten. We got the hot sauce and napkins after asking twice. Server never checked on us, never refilled our water. I had to chase her down for our checks. There was a guy in the booth behind me that was angry he sat for so long without even being given a menu, and he yelled ‘Hello! Can you see me sitting here”? The 2 guys in the booth in front of us came separate. It took forever for the first guy to get his order in and they completely forgot his guest. I can understand a little of this IF they were busy, but this was so inexcusable. Not one single employee (I counted 7) acknowledged any customer that came in. The only smile I saw was one of the cooks laughing with the other cook. This was the Sunday the clocks sprung up one hour so maybe that was what happened. Also, to be fair, it was the first time I have ever eaten at a Huddle House in daylight hours, and sober. I won’t make that mistake again.

I was the only one there and there were two employees, a server and a cook. Really nice guys and we all had conversations about movies, TV shows. Sports, etc. The food was delicious and was ready fast.

I guess there is no managers present or management is not capable of running a restaurant. Went on a Sunday morning around 9:45, no greeting not super busy. Our server was friendly but the cook and other employees didn’t care about what they were doing or supposed to be doing. The one cook that was there could care less about getting orders out and laughed at a server when asked to start an order or an update on how long. Everyone had earbuds in and was on their phone. This was a disappointment we had gone there before and it was fine. It’s just obvious nobody cares about their job and it’s very sad.

We went in after 10 am this morning and me and my boyfriend were told to go ahead and sit down. We sat down and a waitress came over and took our drink orders. My boyfriend got coffee and I got Diet Pepsi. She delivered our drinks to us and we ordered the MVP Breakfast. We ended up getting our food in less than 10 minutes. The waffle was delicious, the eggs were fresh and hot, the sausage was okay, the bacon was okay, the hash browns could have been cooked a little longer, but overall it was delicious. We came here because we had some coupons to get the MVP breakfast for $5.99. Both of our orders were $17.65 and I gave a $5 tip since our waitress Tatyana was very nice to us. I also had an order to go and it was a country fried steak dinner and a patty melt and it was $12.55 and I gave her a $2.45 tip on this order. Overall, we rate it 4/5 stars.
