I have been there before and the food was better before. The menu is 3 pages of breakfast foods and 1 page of entrees. The waffle was overcooked and hard, and the french fries were tasteless. The side salad, however, was fresh and much larger than expected. Pancakes were large and cooked well, and the BLT was large but the tomatoes were definitely not the best. The waitress was nice, did her job, and received a tip based on her service and not the food

Not taking orders over the phone or online just hurts the business and the server’s. She said you have to come in or place the order online but online says the store doesn’t accept order’s. This place needs new management it’s part of the truck stop they should be so busy that this store makes all kinds of money, but they are missing out on opportunities for more order’s. Truck drivers have a clock and certain times to be to places we can’t waste all day inside if we are to make money.

Waitress forgot to put our order in . People came in , ate & left b/f we recieved our order . Waitress was very sympathetic & appologised for error . We were compensated for our meal , and we still left a tip . Everyone has a bad day & she claims they were under staffed . Otherwise , good review !

Be a good place for a restaurant… I only give 3 stars based on our past experiences here which were good but also pre-covid. Temporary hours are 6am -2pm which is super inconvenient for truck drivers who would like a meal where they can get out of the truck for a little bit but are left with the little heat and eat stuff that Dunkin serves or pizza IF the store has any out. Maybe one day people will start to work once again so HH can return to 24hrs or at least a larger window for the folks stuck out on the road.

Our waitress and cooks did an excellent job. Very professional and good food. My only concern is the floor in this restaurant. There are no mats on the restaurant floor, very slippery, a law suit waiting to happen. Do yourself a favor and get some mats for your guests and most importantly your workers.

Slow & Inexperienced Service for Saturday Breakfast! An hour and a half for an omelette and turkey sandwich. Not enough staff to accommodate a typical breakfast rush. Staff weren’t phased by long wait times as if it happens every week. Cooks are disorganized. We sat at the bar and watched 5-6 meals get made incorrectly and thrown out. Food was not worth it. Have had tastier meals from McDonald’s. Save your time and money!!
