I’ve tried this place twice and both times I’ve said I would come back to try something else. The grilled chicken was very delicious but the fried shrimp was a pass for me. The wings were good but sooo small. I couldn’t believe it. Service was good. Attentive and fast. Restaurant attached to gas station but pretty decent.

Do not place online order. If u do CHECK YOUR ORDER!! THEY COMPLETELY messed up my order. Scrambled lite eggs actually means well done. Called after I placed my order to change some things like well done hash browns. I’m not sure they’re actually cooked all the way. See photos. The eggs weren’t even completely scrambled still see egg whites. That being said eating in has always been good.

Since there wasn’t many restaurants open on Christmas Day. Stopped at a Millers truckstop. Inside adjoining it was a Huddle House. I ordered a grilled chicken with brown gravy & mashed potatoes & side salad with ranch dressing & a Dr Pepper to drink. The waitress was nice & polite. The restaurant was clean. I took a few pics.

We had a wonderful experience; our waitress greeted us with a warm “good morning”. We ordered our food and did not have to wait long for it to arrive. The food was hot and delicious and correct as we ordered it. It really felt like we were at the Huddle House versus The Huddle House / Somebody’s Else’s House in Franklin, VA. In comparison at this Huddle House the atmosphere is wonderful and it’s extremely clean and there’s no gossip there; you don’t hear the employees talking about each other or bad mouthing the managers versus the Huddle House in Franklin / Somebody Else’s House. And I say that because that’s just what it feels like when you walk into the Huddle House in Franklin; just like we stepped into somebody else’s house.

This was our first time eating at this place, and we were happy we came here. The place was clean and everything was well organized. The menu had a very wide variety of choices with a little something for everyone’s taste bud’s desire. The wait staff was very polite and very quick to serve. The food was excellent and faster than expected, with the number of customers having to be served. Pricing was a little much, but they did have daily specials that were very modestly price. I do highly recommend this place if you’re ever in Suffolk VA. area.

Over easy eggs, yoke almost cooked.
Bacon undercooked.
Gravy cold and had a skim on top.
Asked for onions in my hash browns, they but some on top and cooked them the hash browns long enough on one side that they would stand up by there self.
