Service was very good when we went, the server was attentive without being bothersome.
The dining area can get loud and you’ll have to speak up. Men’s restroom was a mess, but I understand how hard it is to keep those clean.
Staff here was friendly and helpful taking care of our group. Good place to go for a meal between sports games in the local area.
It is a breakfast/lunch-only restaurant.
Their hours are 7am-3pm daily.
It is a franchise/chain-restaurant. The theme is a Southern bayou/Cajun atmosphere. You are even greeted by an alligator statue when you enter.
Some of the fun themed menu items include: Mardi Gras beignets, fried okra and fried green tomatoes, Louisiana catfish,
jambalaya, and of course, waffles with their scratch-made Huckleberry fruit topping.
Our server was really friendly. Our food all came out at the same time and everything was exactly how we ordered it. Some of my party ordered breakfast and a fancy Bayou Bloody Mary with a garnish of celery, bacon, a lemon slice, and an olive.
I had the Dixieland Steak Melt, which looked almost exactly like the picture in the menu.
Average cost for food only would be about $15-$25 depending on what you order, more if you share an appetizer. Drinks will add another $5-$10 on top of that.
We had a good experience. It can get a bit loud because it is like one giant dining room full of tables. Plenty of parking at this shopping center.
Inside feels like a mix of classic diner vibes meets Southern hangout. It’s very laid-back and casual. The servers are friendly, and the food is prepared pretty quickly. The booths are comfy but a little tight.
I got lunch, my friend got breakfast. The food was tasty, and portions were reasonable.
It’s a decent place to go grab breakfast or lunch if you’re looking for casual eating.
Waitstaff was cheerful, personable and efficient! They knew when to check on me and when to leave me alone and let me BASH!!
I even bought a couple bottles of their hot sauce! Very good “Cajun” style food. If you haven’t been- you MUST go! I’ll be back!!
(I’ll put pictures here, but don’t ask me what the name of it was as she made what I wanted into a combo- you can see what it is!!☺️❤️)
They should really update their menu if theyre changing the items. Makes zero sense. False advertising and extremely misleading. Food is too expensive to just be playing games like this.
Whoever the girl is that answered the phone and wouldnt give me her name, is lucky this was a delivery order. Blatant disrespect.
