The food was excellent, some items likes fries were overly salted. Ask for light on the cajun seasoning salt. The portions are large. Come hungry!

First time there place is great employees smiling food was great I had the Mississippi skillet and my boyfriend the chicken fried steak w/biscuit and gravy w/eggs and a side of hashbrowns started with green fried tomatoes ate them so fast didnt take a picture first time have them and the were great. will go

I’ve visited Huckleberry numerous times at this point with friends and the customer service is always good and the food delicious. If I ever see sweet potato fries on a menu I order them and these were light, not oily at all. I ordered an omelette with vegetables, I think it’s called the garden skillet, overall great food and service.

I had lunch today with a friend. My first visit to Huckleberry’s. Being from New Orleans I just had to try their gumbo. I highly recommend it!! It was flavorful and full of chicken, sausage and veggies. The service was attentive and Courteous! You’ll find this restaurant well worth your time!!

Ok, so Huckleberry is a bit of an acquired taste. They have some weird combinations. Once you wrap your head around fried chicken and waffles, or similar offerings and get to know the menu better I like it. Their not cheap, be aware of that going in. service has always been top door with quick seating and orders taken and food arrived, I will continue to come here in the future as they have a Monte Cristo sandwich I love

We are from Florida and have never heard of Huckleberry’s but found one in Oakdale on our way to Yosemite. The atmosphere was comfortable, the staff we’re extremely friendly from the moment we set foot in the door, The food was good but not great, however our server named Nadine was fabulous. If I owned a business in this area I would hire her immediately.

Always a great experience. Nice menu. You can get things here that aren’t available elsewhere locally, like fried green tomatoes, beignets, and grits. They have the typical breakfast fare as well. Place is clean, staff are friendly and helpful, and the decor and experience is delightful! Worth visiting.
