My 1st time visit to Eli’s Eatery was great! I met my Son there; he’s been there often, and wanted to introduce me to this cuisine. Korean food is pretty new to me, but, everything I tried was delicious. The unique flavors were yummy, not too spicy, and full of new flavors & textures. The Steamed Buns, filled w/pork belly & cukes, were as light as air. The two courses of Bulgogi, (sliced rib-eye steak), with veggies & rice, and Daeji, (thin sliced pork) w/veggies & rice, were both delicious & spicy enough for both our liking. They can make them spicier, if you like! A Wonderful Lunch, shared with a Wonderful Son… Will return again soon to try more! Try it, you’ll like it too.

We were very excited to try this new “Korean fusion” restaurant but it was a real disappointment.
The buns were soggy and the pork filling was bland.
The wings were crispy (which is good) but were just so sweet and oddly tasted only like waffles.
The dol sot bibimbap, was the best dish we had but still a let down, needed a tremendous amount of salt and sauces to add any flavor to it.
The Bokkeumbap was by far the worst dish we had and possibly the worst I’ve had at any local restaurant in years. It’s supposed to be a fried rice dish, but tasted as if it were shrimp and rice boiled together. Asked for several different sauces /spices to try to improve the flavor but nothing could save this bland dish.

Newly opened since August. I totally agree with all the raving reviews. Flavor is spot on, meats tender, generous portioned ($12 lunch specials Mon-Fri) all served fast and steaming hot! Small restaurant but clean & comfortable with soft music in background. Definitely will go again soon.

I ordered for my office in denville, it was a quick 10 min drive the restaurant is tucked away on route 10 heading east bound. Food was delicious and affordable (esp lunch specials). I will definitely be returning to have the Dukbokki Beef & Bulgogi !

Yesterday my friends and I had dinner at Eli Eatery, the new Korean fusion restaurant in town. All of the dishes were delicious and well prepared. They were flavorful and light. The Korean dishes like japchae and kimbap as well as the fusion and American dishes were equally well done.
The service at Eli’s is also fantastic. The servers were all polite and warm, and all of our food was served promptly after we placed our order.
My friends were very happy with my recommendation, and they loved the restaurant’s cozy and unique style and decor. I encourage everyone to check out Eli’s Eatery! I can’t wait to go back with more friends.

Came for lunch. Ordered various appetizers. My favorite part of every meal. All were really delicious.
no picture, but the short rib stew was amazing. The meat was falling off the bone. Will be back to try other items on the menu.

They have a great lunch menu and dinner menu. It is a Korean fusion to offer both non-Korean dishes. Their kids menu is a big plus as w eall know how picky kids are so I really appreciate that.

I’ve been looking for a Korean restaurant that makes dukbokki and they did not disappoint. We also tried the mozzarella and shrimp kimbap, Mandu, Bukkeumbap and Bibimbap. Everything was delicious. (Didn’t take pics of everything we ate )
