The beans – great smoky and sweet flavor with excellent texture given by the brisket that was mixed in. I should have gotten a larger order.
The ribs – off the bone. Excellent flavor profile on its own and that pairs well with their sauces. My wife loved their sweet bbq sauce.
Brisket – worth the wait. Probably the best you can get in the area. Very tender and juicy that has absorbed the smoky flavor.
Pulled pork and chicken – makes great sandwiches if you have leftovers
Honestly everything here is great. I’m hoping to bring more family members to experience this.

This is REAL Southern BBQ. The Texas Brisket sandwich is the best!!!! Put some original bbq sauce on it and the taste is like no other!! The beans are outstanding. Highly recommend!!!!

I have had BBQ from Texas to KC; NOLA, Natchez, Memphis; and, Hubbas is not only the real deal, it’s the best I’ve had. And if that’s not enough, the family serves with humor, kindness and music in the most unassuming spot. So glad to have you in my ‘backyard’!

Let me tell you….. The food will smack you right of your chair, it’s addicting and perfectly made and absolutely delicious from the 1st bite to the last. I catch myself here, twice in one day sometimes…. That should tell you something. Amazing Staff, Super Friendly and the best bang for your buck. By far the best food truck I have ever been to, and the best pulled pork, pulled chicken and brisket you’ll find around. I literally come here once a day during lunch and don’t get me started about the parking lot and line to the truck is always packed. Highly Recommend

Some of the best BBQ. I got some ribs and chicken this weekend, and I bought 2 quarts of their traditional bbq sauce. Tender, moist. A good value. It’s a family owned and run business. Mum does the cornbread. Cousin does the window. Highly recommend.
They cater as well (as they did both my kids HS graduations parties (2014 & 2017).
They’re open for a few more weeks this year (through early October). Get there while you can so you don’t have to wait until spring!!

I lucked into stopping at Hubba’s Real Pit BBQ, an innocuous food trailer behind a flower shop, and it turned out to be brisket heaven. Not a dry or tough bite on the sandwich—just perfectly tender, juicy meat with rich smoky flavor. No nonsense, just excellent BBQ done right. If you’re anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and stop in. You won’t regret it. Outdoor seating only.

Great BBQ in Westford. Has the traditional chicken brisket and pork offerings with the traditional sides. I got the brisket platter and it was great. The smoke rings were absurd and the home made BBQ sauce they put out is delicious… Price is comparable with other BBQ places and if you get there right at 12 be ready to stand in line. Worth the wait IMHO. I will definitely be returning.
