New place was opened we never tried. Walked in and was impressed by all we saw. Very clean and neat looking. New pool tables on the right side left side the restaurant/bar area. I loved the sliding wheels on the chairs dont make so much noise when ur moving in and out. The bathroom were super clean and very nice in the womens side. I ordered beef tips and b ordered fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. Mine was cooked perfectly and I ate all of my food. B had so much broccoli/chicken in his bowl. He needed way more sauce for the noodles it was a unporportioned amount. He ate it all and said it was good. He and his sister has done gone back there to try it again. It was like the 2nd day so they still working our the kinks. I ain’t even worries we will be back maybe even to shoot some pool next time. The young lady speaking to us at the door when we walked in was so welcoming! Thank you

The overall atmosphere of this place is completely friendly !! I’ve been here on a day the kitchen was alittle backed up but the staff pulled together and really was on top of everything the entire time! The food I literally could live off of. I recommend the blt or the fried shrimp.

It was our first time in. I’ve watched the renovation process go to and from work and the final opening. The place looks great inside and out. Parking lot is always full.
It took a really long time to get food. There weren’t that many in the dining area. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was just ok. Skimpy on the fries.
Would like to give it another chance but not sure.

A co worker and I went last week and the service and food was great. Last week’s visit was 5 out of 5 stars.
We went back today with a bigger group and as we walked in I asked could we play pool while we were eating. The pink haired server said yes, so as we walked towards the pool table and pulled the cover off she starts yelling at us for touching the pool table and the gave a big ole JESUS CHRIST! SOME PEOPLE… I didn’t stick around to hear more. We left. Your one employee really blew it for us, and so much potential there. Money is too hard to come by to have to suffer with ill tempered ignorant servers.

This place could be awesome but they have A LOT of work to do before that happens. The food, that is not very good, comes in tiny little portions. You leave hungry and its expensive. The hamburger steaks were just simply plain dry little hamburger patties. Like the plate was completely clean underneath it kind of dry. My mom got onions and mushrooms on hers and the onions were still raw. I got the flounder which actually was very good but you get one piece of fish, like 12 fries and a tiny cup of slaw. We also paid extra for salads which equaled to be about 1 cup of salad on a saucer. It was over $80 for our food. The waitress was nice and attentive and so was the rest of the staff but the food takes a very long time. The pool table area looks pretty good and roomy but the decor is lacking. I mean if it’s a bar/grill/pool hall make it look like ya know. They have the right idea but terrible execution. Maybe they are still working it all out, I’m not sure.

1st time going and will not go back. I ordered a “reuben” my daughter ordered Philly cheese steak. They had the same meat on my Reuben as the Lu did he cheesesteak. I know what corned beef tastes like. I sent it back and told the waitress and she took it back to the kitchen and the cook did not like it because I sent it back!!! She had to call her boss. The cook needs to find him another line of work. I got a patty melt in place of it and it took so long to come out I had to get it to go. The waitress said we aren’t going to charge you for the Reuben. Gee that was awfully nice of them to not charge me for something I didn’t eat. But i ended up paying for the patty melt and my husband had a chili cheeseburger, nothing special. Our bill was 35 for 2 sandwiches and water. After knowing the cook was upset I threw my patty melt in the trash! So we paid 35 for a chili cheeseburger. Never will go back again and this place won’t stay open long!

First time eating there. Sat down, ordered 1 sweet and 1 unsweetened tea. First drink of sweet tea made me nauseous, too sweet and a soured taste. Ordered food took 20 minutes to get entree and then an additional 15-20 to get the sides that went with it. Ordered pasta salad to be told 15 minutes later that they couldn’t find it or make it, ordered cucumber/ tomato salad instead. 5-10 minutes later the waitress came back with pasta salad that after 1 bite tasted soured. 1 entree came with a side which we were charged an additional $2.00 for and an additional $2.00 for the pasta salad. Worst $30.00 that we ever spent on a lunch meal. 1st and last time eating there. No offer from the staff there to adjust the bill for food that wasn’t fit to be eaten. Tried to contact owner but no luck. At this rate they won’t be open long.

First time at the Hub City Grill and wasn’t impressed! Waitress was rude, found out they didn’t serve what they advertised online! So made an order to go and waited 35 minutes for the order, then the waitress served it as a eat in order to the 4th party that arrived after us, then went in the back and throwed it into a to go container and brought it to us and got home and it was missing the cold slaw for the hamburger steak plate. Better pick up the pace or you will be out of business before you get going! Would have spent more money had you served what you advertised and had better service!
