My favorite spot for some spicy and sour rice noodles! We ate there frequently in the past few years. I always get the SPICY AND SOUR one without any intestines. It’s amazing!! And my S.O. always enjoys the spicy CRAWFISH bowl. That one’s quite spicy but he loves it.

Update:
This place has changed owner, got a new name and a different menu. Quality of the food has improved, price still remains expensive.

Delicious Guizhou style beef noodle soup in generous portions. Price is on the expensive side.

Restaurant inside Asian Family Market. All ordering done through a tablet at the counter. The menu has seven or so soup noodles and a list of add-ons. Prices are between $15 and $20 per bowl. The noodle base is ok but the soup base tastes average. The soup seems to be from some soup powder with additional seasoning that don’t taste that great in combination.
We would prefer foods from other restaurants in the food court inside the Market.

Authentic Huaxi noodle shop. They are serious about spiciness level .. I got the pork intestine noodle. It’s tasty and spicy .. great combo. Price is high for food court in Asian family market.

Oily but hearty, we had the #4 pickled pepper and beef rice ramen and the popular #6 traditional beef rice ramen. The portions are filling, but based on previous photos they have been caught by inflation as well, expect to spend 15-20 dollars here for a bowl. Fragrant peanuts, numbing spices and chilli powder, definitely hits the spot and go for extreme spicy for those that want to sweat in this cold and rainy Seattle rain.

I think there food was alright. Not very impressive. The soup was very oily and salty. There are places with better rice noodle soup for sure. Probably would not recommend friends.

This place appears to have changed owner and now it’s called King’s Rice Noodles. Food has become a lot more edible compared to before. Good choice for a quick lunch and will definitely come back.

Huaxi beef noodle used to be my favorite food. But lately, I found their quality is not stable. I ordered a to-go order and found they forgot to add an important ingredient: sauerkraut. Beef was very hard to chew and noodle was not fully cooked. It’s very disappointing. Hope the owner can read this message and improve the quality as well as better train their employees to better cook the food!

I wonder if the restaurant changed ownership. We ordered two bowls only to receive one, and the one we got has zero beef. The rice noodle in the separate container looks like some leftover taken from other people’s bowl.

Be careful!! Super spicy!!! The chili power tastes weird, it’s only spicy, not tasty at all. The rice noodle tastes OK. But the soup is below average, even if ignoring it’s too spicy. This is my first time eating here, and last time.
