What an amazing experience. we went for lunch and I dont know if the view, the food or the friendly staff were the highlight. to start the view of the ocean cliffs and light house were unmatched. the food was soo delicious, we had the Poke the coconut shrimp(perfect amount of spice) the burger as well as the steak Frites, it seemed like it all just melted in your mouth it was soo delicious. it was our first time and our waiter Mark did an FANTASTIC job with recomendations and getting us the right amount of food as well. samuel also helped with some special requests. the Desserts were also incredible. the Banana lumpia and mango passion fruit cheese cake, great way to end our week in Kuaui. 100/10 will be going again.

One of the absolute best places for dinner on the island. Not only was the food extraordinary but the service is amazing — we had Danielle and Micah taking care of us. Danielle was excellent and very attentive. She always checked in with us and gave us great menu recommendations. Micah, in addition to his excellent service, took the time to chat with us about our stay on the island. Danielle even provided me with a shawl when she noticed I was a bit cold. The romantic sunset and live music was the perfect atmosphere to celebrate me and my husband’s honeymoon. I am currently writing this review at the restaurant because the experience was so phenomenal. Big thanks to Danielle and Micha for making this dining experience one we will never forget. (Ps. Free valet parking was a plus)

Surprise! A great restaurant despite being in a time shares compound. I usually don’t think of restaurants that are part of a hotel and outstanding so I was quite surprised. The location is beautiful with a look out over the ocean and infinity pools. The service was prompt and friendly. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered suggestions. These days I find it hard to say the meal was worth the price but true here. Yes it’s expensive. Yes it’s delicious! Dinner was 3 entrees and the scallop appetizer. Filet mignon was cooked to a perfect medium rare and so tender. The marinated seabass was delicate and flavorful. The captains combo offered unique flavors to ahi and unaga. The portions were filling. In fact we didn’t have room for desert.

Favorite food on the island. Service was lovely. Tristan was so kind and thoughtful. We started with the kale salad, lobster tempura, and coconut shrimp and they were so so good. For the main course my wife got the kalbi lamb chops and I got the rib eye and we both loved and enjoyed our meals.
Will be back before we leave!

Hualani’s is a beautiful cliffside restaurant overlooking the ocean. It is the main restaurant of Timbers Kauai resort and one of our favorite places on the island to enjoy a nice romantic dinner. Service here is always friendly and the views are hard to beat. I’d recommend going for an earlier dinner so you can catch the view as the sun is setting. The food is nothing spectacular but it is good and when paired with the views, live entertainment, friendly service, and awesome drinks, it does create a very relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. While we do enjoy the food here I think we really continue to come back for the combination of all its elements. One downside I will note is that the restaurant is near the airport so you may see planes take off and land from time to time. It can be a little loud sometimes but it’s never been really frequent while we were there and not bad enough to ruin our experience. If it’s something that you think may be enough to spoil your evening then you might want to look elsewhere. Otherwise, I think this place is worth a try. We will definitely be back again.

Service staff was very helpful. We came for an early dinner and was able to get outdoor seating with a view. The lamb chop had a korean flavor with jun as the starch. There could have been a korean pickled vegetable instead of the traditional pickled ginger. The dry aged rib eye was cooked as requested with good flavor consistent with dry aging. Tiramisu could have more rum. I.e. soaking the cake with rum like bucca de beppo. Sorry i like the rum flavor.

We came here recently for our third anniversary and had a wonderful experience. Tron was our server and he was very attentive and welcoming. Not only that, But Tron went above and beyond by giving us a little treat at the end to celebrate our anniversary.
Unfortunately, we had a little too much to drink and forgot to sign our receipt and leave a tip. Luckily, the manager got a hold of us and we were able to correct our mistake!
Mahalo Tron, for making our anniversary so special! We will be back!

Fantastic food!!! The dynamite fish and the Misoyaki sea bass were the absolute highlights and the best food we’ve had on the whole island. The banana foam espresso Martini was also really tasty! The lava cake for dessert was a little too dry for my taste.
Expensive but well worth it! Also really nice atmosphere on the patio with live music.

The BEST meal we had in Kauai! Everything about Hualani’s was spectacular. There is valet parking upon arriving and as you enter the restaurant and descend the stairs, you are serenaded by live beautiful music. The views are breathtaking and the staff was so sweet.
The food!! In my family, we love to share and try each others’ meals, and the staff was so nice to split up the order of ribs onto two plates for us. The mashed potatoes that came with the ribs was TO DIE FOR. I ordered the sea bass and my brother ordered the fettuccine. The sea bass was just fantastic and was complimented by the sauce beautifully. We ended with the cheesecake and just wow. It was so delicious. Would definitely recommend!!

We had lunch here yesterday and had a wonderful waiter, delicious pupus and a pretty good cocktail. The view is beautiful, too.
The highlight was Justin, our waiter. He was attentive and authentically friendly the whole time we were there. He made special care to place our shared dishes in place in the table so we could each easily reach the food. He was not over-present, so never interrupted our conversation. Beautiful job, Justin!
