Stopped here for my wife while traveling back to NM on 10/20/25 because it’s her favorite place to get flavored tea. NOT AT ALL friendly or professional. Tea tasted horrible and may not have even been the right flavor. Was supposed to be unsweetened coconut. Definitely didn’t taste like it. The only thing the girl at the window spoke to us was the price. No hi, no thank you, nothing. She acted like we were imposing on her time. Only us and one other car in the drive through and nobody inside. Definitely not what we experience at the many other locations we have been to. We travel this route frequently and we will definitely skip Sweetwater in the future.

I came in yesterday, October 11th, around 2 p.m with my husband and I didn’t get a good fill about this place the moment I stepped in but went ahead and tried different teas anyways. The lady who worked the register(Short white woman with black hair) never said one word to me or my husband the entire time we were there. She cleaned up around us and everything and didn’t say one word. Another customer came in shortly after, a white woman, and I hear loudly, “Welcome in!” Interesting because we were ignored the entire time until it was time to pay. We are from Plano, TX(North Texas) and are not used to this type of prejudice. Yes it was clear as day that is was prejudice being I am a woman of color, even though my husband is white. Y’all need to get it together and get with the times it’s 2025. I can’t believe some people still have this IGNORANT, back woods thinking. I feel embarrassed for people like this. We are truck drivers and go all over the state but we will never come back to this location ever again. I don’t go to places where I’m clearly not wanted. Y’all have a good one.

Every time I get to go through the drive here and get a drink I’m greeting in such a friendly manner. That’s hard to come by at food establishments in this town! The drinks taste great every time and you get an exceptional amount and product for a great price. This is 100% my new drink spot. Keep up the great work!

Love that this franchise has made it to Sweetwater. While it is on the smaller side it still has everything we hoped it would. The only knock is the lids, straws, etc are too close to the drink dispensers and it creates a bottleneck. With that said it is extremely clean and appealing inside!

This is a great tea spot that also serves coffee beverages. The tea selection comes with many options and you can also purchase apparel.. You can also get energy shots put in the coffee as well as the tea. The staff is also friendly every time.
