This has been my new go to location since moving but after this I dont know if I will continue to go. I had placed an order ahead of Thanksgiving for 8 gallons of tea. Upon pickup of the order they couldn’t find find it. I didn’t have a receipt to give them since I didn’t receive one and for some reason it didn’t save under my account on the app. I showed them a screen shot of my bank account where the money was taken out and the date it was taken to show that was the date I placed the order. They finally gave me the order but after everyone drinking tea nobody was happy. The mint sweet tea we ordered wasnt sweet. The mango fresko didn’t even taste like mango and neither did the Ryan Palmer we ordered. I placed an order last year for thanksgiving of 8 gallons at the other location and zero issues with pick up and the tea tasted great.

Happy hour is a joke. We got to the store at 3:45. 4 cars ahead of us. Finally got our order taken at 4:02 then got to window at 4:10. Charged full price because they’re slow. No thank you. If you go, be sure to give yourself plenty of time to get through the line in time. Very disappointing since we go at least once a day

I don’t like it when I pay for a cup of ice, instead of having more coffee in there… they actually like they dont even care to be there… no greetings of niceties about this location… I tried a 2nd time & still same attitude… 1st time I ordered a 32 oz & got a small… why wasn’t I told no large drink if mochas are in it????

It’s the day before Thanksgiving they know their tea is popular. Yet they’re too busy playing because I guess there’s no management or management sucks and they run out of sweet tea and they can’t give you exact time when they’ll get around to making it.

The tea is AMAZING. Butttt the older darker lady with dark hair does not know how to make a coffee to save her life. I got an iced caramel latte w light ice, and I can’t even taste the espresso. My husband got a hot caramel latte and I promise there’s not an ounce of caramel in it. Please learn how to make decent coffee for the early birds..
