I really love this business. I am and always will be a huge iced tea fan! I love the flavors and options for sweet and unsweet. The prices are reasonable. I always visit when I am in town. I wish there was one closer to Athens. Surprisingly, they have absolutely amazing coffee also and I am picky about my coffee. Try the caramel macchiato, delicious!

Almost half the time I have gone there recently, they have gotten my order wrong. I don’t know how or why but it’s always when I go through the drive thru. I don’t know if their speaker is messed up or what. I never have a big order either. It’s always one drink. How hard can it be to make one drink correctly? Today was the final straw. They messed my order up AGAIN. Asked for a half and half wild raspberry and got a half and half watermelon instead. In the past, they also hate when you ask for a gallon of tea when they are 30 minutes from closing. They give attitude. I’ve decided I will never go back to this place. Wish I could give zero stars.

I thought this was a tea shop where they make the tea fresh for you, but it’s more like a drink stop for tea. So the tea is already made. Equivalent to Sonic or QT. Not what I was looking for this is not a unique tea shop at all. It’s a quick stop for a drink.

This was my first visit there despite other locals raving about how good it tastes. Evidently, this establishment is only good at making tea. There were two of us and we ordered a strawberry lemonade each. It was watered down and lacked flavor. It was also just over $3.00 each for a large and we didn’t even like it. Mine was so bad, that I poured it out. The wait was 6 minutes total from ordering at the drive-thru speaker until we drove off with drinks in hand. The staff was polite. I figured I’ll come back another day to try something different but was not impressed.

While the teas are decent, the price for toppings that aren’t even served inside the drink itself are outrageous. That’s the last time I pay 75¢ for 5 individual blueberries and one slice of peach inside a 2 oz container. Please don’t waste your time or money here. Edit: I asked for peach topping and was given pineapple. Disgusting.
