Guys!! The General Orange chicken Is Off the hook here!!! Best damn Orange Chicken in West Hollywood!
First & foremost, a great Crunchy Bite with a sauce that you can have hot or mild. Broccoli was cooked to perfection >>not soggy at all.
We had the Crab Ragoon with sauce. Creamy
Cream cheese & crab with a sweet sauce a little thicker than others i really loved it!
Steamed rice was Delicious. This is not watery or smushie rice, that is why I loved it. Finally a Place where I can get Steamed rice made right! the Chow mein was a soft, thick noodle that was tasty.
Seating arrangements
Tables /benches with chairs.
Indoor seating
Bathroom
Good space if you have a wheel chair
Nicely decorated! Umbrellas hanging from the ceiling. Some greenery.
Clean and sanitary.
Customer service was great they welcomed us in and poured us more water.
They do offer fountain drinks Thai tea and strawberry Lemonade!
Their menu has a good variety of things to eat.

Wow hoy’s wok hands down one of the puts Chinese food I’ve ever had I ordered the hoy’s chow mein chicken and shrimp and what an experience for my taste buds everything was fresh and cooked on the spot. I paid more then average but well worth it. If your ever in the Beverly center area come in and try it for yourself you won’t be disappointed.

Stopped by for lunch before heading into the mall. First impressions, the restaurant was clean, bright, and there was plenty of seating before it got busy. The hostess was kind and attentive. She asked about dietary restrictions and took my order. The ambiance was nice with music playing in the background. When the food came out it was hot, fresh, and tasty. Overall, would recommend this place for their large portions, tasty food, and warm service!

All the stars! I went here last week for an event, and have been craving their food since then, so I had to go again today. Glad I did! Service is fabulous. They remembered me (after only having been once before) and welcomed me back. We talked about what I like, and that I like very spicy food, and he made some great recommendations. The food was delish again, and the portions are generous. And I especially love that they put the spring rolls in a cardboard container for take-away orders, so they were still hot and crispy after I walked home. (Nothing worse than soggy spring rolls!) I’ll be returning often. Don’t be put off by the fact that it’s in a strip mall…the food is fresh-made and so, so good!

It’s my second time here, and I live in Austin 😉 The Pepper Shrimp is soooo good! Please add Chao Mien to the menu! The Orange Chicken was amazing too. The food isn’t pre-cooked—the chef starts wok-frying as soon as you order. This is like the best version of Panda Express you could ever imagine. If you’re familiar with Chinese food, try the Wonton Chili—it’s my favorite dish, and Hoy’s version was amazing!

Have you ever starving for a delicious Chinese meal that can be the one that you have been dreaming of, with a superior quality, flavor, reasonable price and excellent place with a kindly staff serving and a great atmosphere? Well.. that happened to me today, looking for the best place in town serving Orange Chicken and Chow Mein and I stopped here!
(Update 1: Tried also de Honey Walnut Shrimp, DELICIOUS and really big Shrimps!)
(Update 2: Tried the Shrimp Pepper !!!! EXTREMELY ADDICTIVE AND DELICIOUS!!! with a Thai Tea!)
(Update 3: Tried the Mongolian beef with Chow Mein and Fried Rice, also the pan fried fried Gyozas )

Let me tell you this:
When I had that first bite… Ingot goosebumps, because the food was incredibly tasty, really hot, fresh and a huge amount, enough for a very hungry person or can be shared with 2, but definitely buying differently, so you can try the variety. PLEASE… if you’re buying the Orange Chicken… eat it inside of the restaurant, so you can eat it crispy with the Orange sauce tossed in.
This is my best option in town for Chinese Food!
Thanks to Kyle, who was registering my order and the other guy who was talking with me, that I didn’t asked for his name, but definitely will remember this post. (UPDATED: His name is SAM!)
I’ll come back and I’ll recommend this place with no doubt that you will have one of the best gastronomic experience!

Hands-down, one of the best most authentic places to eat in the heart of Beverly Hills. With private parking and so much flavor in each and every dish this place is hidden gem. It’s a family operation here and the food is just so fresh and quality is really noticeable.!

I highly recommend this place!
