This is the cafè and grounds, at the Noosa Yoghurt creamery.
I had a delicious, and quite, Sunday brunch here. Ordered a tropical smoothie (pineapple, mango, star fruit and guava) along with a Daisy’s Veggie Delight sandwich (hummus, spinach, red onion, tomato, banana peppers, fresh basil leaves on toasted rye bread).
Then, went and sat near their fountain to eat in the brisk 40° morning air. Afterward, I took a stroll around their lake area, it was absolutely serene.

Thank you for the wonderful experience Noosa.

I love, love, love Noosa yogurt and was really excited to enjoy their ice cream. Sadly, the ice cream here was pretty average – my sister commented that hers wasn’t very creamy and I had to agree – I truly think grocery store ice cream from the carton is just as good and, I hate to say it, possibly better (and obviously a lot cheaper). The restaurant was cute and the grounds are pretty.

Went here while waiting on my partner to finish the marathon. Not too busy when I arrived (830 am on a Sunday) but started to fill up after I got my food. The Milkmaid breakfast was fresh and an adequate portion. The chocolate pastry was lacking filling. It was just a piece of chocolate bar inside. Expected more filling or at least more dispersed. I asked for one of their cold matcha drinks hot. Matcha was good. Lemon cream was amazing and lightly flavored however there was no lavender or (way too low of flavor)and I had ordered a Lavender Fields ( lavendar matcha with lemon creamand lavendar petals on top). Staff was pleasant but they were busy so to me not worth the wait and waste to order a new one.

This place is really great, a little off the beaten path, but if you’re headed either south from Wyoming or north towards Wyoming this place is definitely worth the stop!
The food that they have here, sandwiches, coffees, fresh I ce cream, yogurt, lattes, bagels, of course, the little knickknacks that you can buy as a souvenir’s!
Stop, and take a bit of a detour and you will be very happy that you did!

We stopped here on our way to Denver. We both had breakfast sandwiches and my son had a hot chocolate. The food and drinks were great! I loved the outdoor area. It was sunny and warm out so we sat outside. They have milk and I learned that the Morningside Farm is where Noosa yogurt is made!

In the past years we would visit and order turkey sandwiches on beagles and have always enjoyed them on the picnic tables outside. However this last weekend they told us they no longer serve turkey. So I ordered a sausage sandwich and my friend ordered the Ham. What we got was gravely disappointing. My sandwich had one 3″ sausage patty on two slices of sourdough bread and cheese. My friend got one thin slice of Ham… Come on guys …. Do Better…

Flight of ice creams, flight of milks, and flight of espresso drinks —- soooo fun! Highly recommend trying them each. All at one time was a bit much (actually not, but it did ruin lunch plans). If you can only try one, get the ice cream flight – vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, and a flavor of your choosing!!!!! Definitely recommend the Howling Moon Cafe

I really love the Howling Cow Cafe! It’s literally on the dairy farm for Morning Fresh Dairy.

They have a menu of coffees, pastries, sandwiches, milkshakes, and ice cream. Also, fridges with lots of farm fresh milk, Noosa yogurt, cakes, cream cheese & more.

There’s a nice sitting section and they offer tours of the dairy facility for $6/person on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, & Sundays 4 times a day (reserve online).

They have flights of milk and milkshakes which was so fun. They also offer special milk flavors such as caramel and root beer.

At the cafe, my husband got a coffee & chocolate milkshake and a chocolate croissant (he loved both). I got a toasted Parmesan bagel with cream cheese, cookies n cream milkshake (amazing!!!) and a jug of chocolate milk to go. Everything was delicious!

The Howling Cow Café is truly a hidden gem just outside of town! While their gluten-free and dairy-free options aren’t extensive, what they do offer is absolutely delicious. I appreciate that they make the effort to accommodate different dietary needs—and they do it well!

What really sets this place apart is the setting. If you’re not a fan of the smell of cows, no worries—they have an amazing indoor seating area that’s cozy and clean. But the real magic is outside. The outdoor space feels like a secret oasis, with plenty of seating options scattered across the beautifully landscaped grounds. There’s a stunning waterfall, a bustling pond where I’ve seen fish, ducks, and even a beaver thriving in the stream! Add in a charming bridge, lots of open space for kids to run, and even dog waste bins for those visiting with pups—it’s seriously the perfect blend of comfort and nature.

They also have a disc golf course and other amenities that make this more than just a coffee stop—it’s a full experience. If you plan ahead, you can even book a tour of the working dairy farm (heads up: it’s not fully accessible for wheelchairs or walkers, but much of the property is very handicap-friendly).

And fun fact: the milk from this dairy goes to Noosa! So next time you enjoy their yogurt, you’ll know where it came from.

This place is peaceful, welcoming, and so worth the visit. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, make time for the Howling Cow—you won’t regret it!
