Solid chain with a relatively limited menu (especially for lunch). Sunday lunch was great, with starter of smoked salmon (WHOA SOOO GOOD), then ribs with fries and cabbage. Ribs were as advertised…tender, fall off the bone, tangy, and finger-licking good. Fries were meh (not hot, so clearly they had been sitting in a warming tray). Salad was great, but their croutons made it amazing (need that crouton recipe!) The steamed red cabbage with goat cheese was yum. Overall strong performance. (Food was so good, the camera was just an afterthought…as you can see from the pictures).

A classic in North Miami, a great gastronomic experience. Excellent food, well served with a beautiful view. The Barbecue Baby Back Ribs, Ribeye Steak or the Smoke Salmon are outstanding. The Chocolate Browny is a delicious way to finish your meal. If you can get a reservation, it is worth the visit!

Highly recommend restaurant. From the second you pull up to the front its top notch, with their valet parking. As you enter the front door, you are greeted by beautiful waterfront views and an upscale vibe. The staff is friendly and professional from the hostess to the bar tenders and the wait staff, all of which are on point. The food is of the highest quality and flavor. For an appetizers I had the spinach & artichoke dip. It was absolutely amazing. For my main course, I had the New York strip, which was cooked to absolute perfection. (medium Rare) I could tell from the very first bight that the beef was extremely high quality and seasoned to perfection. I would recommend this restaurant for any date night, business lunch, or just to swing in for a great burger. Just remember there is a dress code, this isn’t a sports bar. hats, tank tops, flip flops, and team athletic attire are too casual for this restaurant. Keep it classy and eat

We arrived without a reservation, after waiting for an avaliable table we were escorted to our seats by a very friendly waitress, we ordered the smoked salmon and the pork ribs, everything was beyond our expectations, the salmon was souvide and smoked to perfection, the most minimal detail was taken care of and the service was above what I expected and I have high standards of service, our server Melony was extremely nice, patient and answered all of my questions to perfection, overall I would rate this restaurant 5 stars, both for the food and the service, our dessert was so good , my wife actually said she loved it.

Consistency is the name of the game here. I have been coming for years and they always deliver. The menu is not extensive and that a big plus because they have perfected everything on the menu. They added fried oysters on the appetizer and it was fantastic.

Have you ever felt like going for a stroll before dinner or after dinner? This Houston’s is the perfect place for dinner and a stroll in the order, as I prefer them. The intercostal waters, lights, ambience music along the walkway is just a perfect touch to the amazing presentation of beautiful staff, food and drinks offered by Houston’s Aventura. I have dined here more than several times, I love the fish menu as well as the drinks menu, ginger beer glass bottle option, Is a rave.

A great steakhouse with excellent service and delicious food. You cannot reserve a table apparently, it’s first come first serve. We were lucky to find a table quickly. The food was amazing and they have a good selection of meat and fish available. The service was really nice and efficient. The atmosphere is quite dark, given that Miami has near constant sunshine, it is a shame you are sitting in darkness. I’m giving 4 stars because it’s not great having blinds closed in a sunny day at lunch time. I’d recommend they make the dining area nice and bright, open the windows, open the blinds let the sunshine in. Perhaps even expand outdoors with some tables. Overall, it’s a really nice restaurant and has great potential to be one of the best.

Andrea, our server was the kindest soul and had the best drink recommendations. Food was delicious, Red Trout with kale salad was perfectly cooked. Prime rib sandwich meal was equally sublime and melted in your mouth. Great place for a business lunch.
