Excellent experience at this HHC! Love the 9th & 9th area and the look and feel of this location. Carson delivered an incredible experience—he was incredibly courteous, offered recommendations, and made sure I had everything that I needed once at the table.
The Sandwich: Delicious! I got the OG Sandwich with Lift Off spice level; this is my regular order. I can hold my own when it comes to the Scoleville scale, and I’ve also done the Houston We Have a Problem, so proceed with caution as the Lift Off is definitely very spicy.
I’ll be returning to this location due to all of the aforementioned things!

After a few visits to this place, we decided to write a review. This place is consistent, the food is solid and the place is clean and welcoming.
I normally get medium level and my husband gets spicy. We tried liftoff and it is truly unmanageable.
The only thing this place could improve is with their personnel. Because of the nature of the business it changes a lot, and some of them are just simply not happy to be working (aka teenagers giving actitud)

Worst experience ever. I ordered chicken and waffles and they didn’t give me the waffles till I was leaving and I had to tell them they didn’t give them to me. On top of that they took forever to give me my food. After that I ordered a waffle shake and again they never gave it to me. First off took 10 mins to give me my change. Then never made my shake. The girl cashier was hiding in the back eating a shake while I was standing there only coming out when a customer came in the would run back inside the kitchen to just stand there.
When I brought it up again they said oh sorry even though I was standing there the whole time and they said we’re gonna make it now after about 15 mins of waiting. I asked for a refund and that’s when they wanted to make it I said NO. Get my refund now.
They were the worst customer service I’ve experienced ever. Also they were very slow and the restaurant was not even full.
They were not very efficient at all. Their heads were not in the right place. Like they were high or something.

I liked this place. The size of the tenders is pretty large, definitely better than some other places. I got the sandwich and tender combo with fries. For hotness, I got the tender for the second hottest and the sandwich was third. It wasn’t burn your mouth off but it was pretty hot. I wasn’t having a hard time eating it like some other super spicy stuff. I would have tried the hottest but they want an extra 2$ for that, so I skipped out this time. The nice thing was it was spicy AND flavorful.
The sandwich was pretty tasty. It had a decent sauce with it and the vegbun was a good combo with it. The size of the tender was adequate.

This restaurant in SLC is actually pretty awesome. It’s different than traditional places, but a good vibe. If you like chicken, this should be your new go-to. They have different flavors, spiciness, and side dishes. It’s typically pretty clean and the staff is very polite. The food comes out quickly and tastes amazing. Give it a shot!

This is dang good chicken and waffles. I had a honey glazed piece and a medium. They tasted great together. The medium isn’t that hot and tastes great. Pepsi sodas and Dr. Pepper on tap. But you gotta get the tray of potato chips. We are what we could and took the rest home. They didn’t last until midnight. They are crispy and not greasy at all.

My favorite chicken place by far. I always order the chicken and waffles with buffalo sauce- it’s the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. The house fries and fry sauce are chefs kiss. Make sure to request ranch- it’s delicious with the fries and the chicken. The music and atmosphere is a vibe. PS you can get amazing deals if you have the rewards app. You get a different reward monthly and you get points for every dollar spent. Today i got the chicken and waffle combo for 10 dollars with my reward. Can’t beat that.

Wow! The atmosphere was so awesome! The staff was great. They were shorthanded but did an amazing job and was so kind.
We ordered medium heat on the chicken and you could taste the chili powder. It was an amazing flavor. I did order a salad and it was good but could have used more dressing. Loaded fries were amazing and so was the chicken and waffles. I will be going back. Thank you to the staff today.
