Authentic. Great food complete with carpet that saw better days. Lemon chicken is great, wonton sup is the best!!

I assume that the party consuming half the dining room was overwhelming, but that should not have interfered with expected service. I know post COVID has introduced service issues across the board; however, a requested check to pay should not be delayed by bringing unwanted dessert as a stall tactic. Let’s talk about food. The hot and sour soup was eh. There’s a Sichuan restaurant in my area that rocks it out. Here disappointed. The mapo tofu was also confusing. Where were the sichuan peppers? I thought I was eating tomato soup with tofu. Not to mention too much liquid to tofu ratio. We did enjoy the steamed oysters with black bean sauce. It redeemed the experience to the rating I give, else it would have been a two. Not a repeat place, and not that exciting of food.

Excellent authentic Chinese food(judging by a Chinese). Clam with black bean sauce- plenty of sauce and clams were fresh. Salt and pepper crabs – very tasty with salt, pepper, onion, and garlic. My only wish was that it was stir fried all the way instead of deep fried. Crab shell was nice and crunchy. Crab was fresh – no freezer taste. Steamed fish with ginger and fish sauce – very very tasty. If you’re not good at picking out the fish bones, then don’t order it. A proper Chinese dinner cannot be completed without a vegetable dish – we had ong choy with shrimp paste. So yummy. The Ong choy was probably my favorite dish.

Portion are big enough for two. Typical Chinese Taste. Service are quick and friendly. Only thing to complain is if you comes with your car, parking is very difficult. There’s no parking at the front at all and have to drive around for neighbor’s parking. Overall, We will definitely coming back a bit earlier than prime time.

Unfortunately, if I could, I would give no stars, especially for the food. I had lunch here today, and it was the worst Chinese food I have ever had. The Mongolian beef I ordered was mostly fat. My wife’s pork that was on top of her soup far from fresh. I can say the tea was good. However, the main dishes we couldn’t eat. Yes, I paid for our lunch, and I even left a tip for the waiter.
