On a short weekend school visit to Gainesville I was supremely excited to find this local teahouse that offered Gongfu tea serving. We tried a yummy GABA oolong and they offered us a vanilla bean dream shu puerh also which was absolutely divine. The backyard for sitting offered a perfect and peaceful spot for my mom’s first gongfu! Thanks y’all!

What an absolute gem! This is a super cozy and artsy community space with a cafe and shop (crystals, books, jewelry, etc). The space is uniquely appointed with tons of creative touches; there are so many interesting things to look at and be inspired by. The building is apparently over 100 years old, but has been recently updated in a lot of ways. I want to come back for their special events, and to have tea in each of their many adorable seating nook options! Plus, the folks who run the place are so sweet and great people. Howl definitely gathers likeminded humans. ✨

This is my favorite place in Gainesville. I have only tried their magic moca because it is delicious and has the most perfect blend of mushrooms for the soul. I recommend coming here, gettinf a drink, finding a book from the 6392826 books they have and spend some time reading and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere
