Went for dinner with friends, on a weekday. Thankfully it wasn’t crowded.
We ordered papaya salad and roti massaman as appetizers. Salad was spot on..perfect sized and great tasting. Loved the crunch of papaya.
Roti was flaky, tasty and good sized plate too…. wish the gravy quantity was a little more.
For entrees we ordered pineapple fried rice, red curry, drunken noodles and pad cashew nuts.
Fried rice was ordered to spice level 4. Perfectly balanced flavors. Could have finished another serving too .
Drunken noodles is my first choice while ordering Thai. Lived up to my expectations. Perfectly made with tofu.
Will go back again to try other dishes.
The decor was warm and welcoming. Beautiful depictions of Buddha.

The best Thai food around. I tried the garlic with broccoli and tofu spice level 2. Simply amazing. Their red curry with tofu is delicious and it is usually my go to dish. The basil fried rice with tofu is another one of my favorites

If I could leave a minus zero I would and not because of the food. We never got that far. We were given a gift certificate and went to use it here. I called last Saturday and asked their hours and then said I would be in this Saturday ( today ) I explained that I was using my gift certificate that a dear friend gave me. It is for $ 75.00. The girl said that as long as it was purchased from them that it is fine but no gift cards. I gave her the # off the gift certificate and she checked and said it is good. We went today and was told that the owner just died and the new people who took this over would not honor the gift certificate. They said they just changed over their cash register and could not process it. Yet they had a book of the same gift certificates at the counter near them, so if they were not able to process the gift certificates then why did they have a book of certificates near them. Were they going to sell them and not honor them too ? The girl at the front said she called the boss and she said no to her and was yelling. Why not ? Why wouldn’t they honor this, it’s good business practice. Im sure the previous owner didn’t plan to die and I would think that they would be human enough to honor this. They also kept the same name of the restaurant to what was on the gift certificate as well as the pad of gift certificates they had next to them that looked the same as what I had. What a horrible way to be treated. I feel taken advantage of, I hope whomever goes there enjoys the food but don’t ever buy their gift certificates, they do not honor them and they take advantage of people. I hope Karma will take over. We left hungry and sad because of their horrible treatment.

My boyfriend and I came here for date night. The restaurant is located in a quiet strip mall and the interior felt very homey and cozy. Our food came out quickly and the service was great!

For appetizers, we ordered the Chicken Satay and Curry Puffs. I found the chicken satay to be overly chewy and the curry puffs were pretty bland. Luckily, the chicken satay came with a delicious peanut sauce that made up for the lack of flavor in both appetizers.

I was pleasantly surprised by the entrees. Both the Panang Curry and Pad Kee Mao were delicious but the chicken was again too chewy (and tasted a little too chickeny) in both dishes.

For dessert, I got the Thai Custard with Sticky Rice. The portion size was perfect for one person and the custard was delicious. This was my first time having sticky rice and I wasn’t a huge fan.

It was a hectic day, and I’m not feeling great, so I decided to order from House of Thai. The person on the phone was so incredibly rude. The person’s name turns out to be Peter. I don’t know who he is, but if he is the owner, they should change their name to house of no manners. When my husband arrived to pick up the food, he didn’t know which name I had ordered it under. No big deal, he called me to ask and then I could hear him telling the staff his name. The same rude man started yelling at my husband. Why? He was just picking up and paying for an order. I asked him to get the man’s name. That’s how I know it was Peter. There was another woman nearby, and she apparently she was friendly. We ordered three items. One special fried rice. Although it is a decent portion size, it has pretty much no flavor. We ordered chicken pad woon sen, which only has a mild flavor and then we ordered red curry with coconut milk, and beef. This was the most flavorful because I ordered medium spice, but a big disappointment because they didn’t even fill the container and there was a thick layer of oil sitting on top.
I know that the pandemic was hard on everyone, but, neither my husband, nor I did anything wrong. We didn’t ask for a special accommodations to our dishes, or order anything that requires a substitution or modification. It should have been a normal, pleasant transaction, but instead, I was disappointed before my husband even got home.
Average food plus rudeness don’t equal a happy experience.

The restaurant reminds me of eating at someone’s house. The decor is simple yet quaint, large, and cozy. It’s like coming to eat at a quaint home decorated with Knick knacks from all around. My husband and I have always enjoyed their food. It is simple without the extras. I’ve lived in Thailand for a while and can vouch that it is fairly close to more flavorful. We ordered a simple Tom yum soup, rice, and noodles. Their Thai ice tea is to die for!! It is a very large restaurant and can fill quite a few people even though they never fill it up. We miss going there after we moved out of the area and went back after a couple of years thanks to the pandemic. I will have to commend that their food remains the same.

Good flavorful items but staff is bad.

Ordered Pad Thai and Drunken noodles. Both dishes are delicious.

Staff was rude, disrespectful, and asking more tips. When providing gratuity on my credit card, lady was not satisfied with the amount and threw my credit card to the cashier table. She was facing opposite way but I saw it. I am not going to come back here.

Left the restaurant with $3.00 cash on the table on top of gratuity on my credit card for 3 dishes that I have ordered during lunch.

1 star is for food. Kudos to chef.

Don’t go here if you care about customer service. There are many good Thai restaurants in the area with good taste of Thai food.

I had a unique savory experience when I ordered the Drunken Noodles W/ Beef. It was so tasty! I asked for mild spice and it hit the spot. I will definitely be going back to order it again! Excited to try the other items on the menu as well. This restaurant is definitely authentic Thai
