The environment of this restaurant was very stunning and unique compared to many of other places I’ve been to. The hostess were very beautiful and the service was great, the staff were very attentive and exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely amazing as well and it was worth all the money, especially the desserts.

It’s a rare gem to find a place whose food, interior and service are all knock out. As a diner with a sharp eye and palette, Couldn’t have been more pleased with the array of flavors and presentation. The owners even took the time to introduce themselves which adds a deeper layer to this establishment – cementing a level of authenticity and hospitality that was traditionally a norm. Excellent and knowledgeable servers, beautiful atmosphere and such attention to detail. Look forward to returning and introducing HoS to more friends and family.

Drinks are absolutely amazing!!! Beautiful presentation and such unique flavors. The caviar is a MUST. As well as the scallop ceviche. Aside from food, the atmosphere is top notch- feels like a classy upscale NYC restaurant. Every corner of the restaurant was thought out with custom designs. Beautiful spot and will return for sure!

good food and a nice atmosphere. the salt baked fish was perfectly cooked and came with flavorful mashed potatoes. the raw tuna was also really good.
the calamari is pretty standard but was cooked nicely. i expected the zucchini fritters to be cut zucchini but instead it was mashed and shaped into balls.
also the alter ego drink was very sour for my tastes.

Place was top quality food and service . From soup to nuts . Garden salad tasted like tomatoes from my garden . Loved the lamb tartare ! Seafood Bounty was to die for. So fresh . They really knew how to present and deliver . Waiter was amazing . He was on top of everything . They thought of every detail . Place is romantic and pleasant . Only thing I would suggest they should play some nice classical music to ice the cake .

Driven up from Westchester County twice in the past two weeks just to eat here, and we’re already talking about the next visit. House of Stefas has somehow managed to capture the nostalgic, home-cooked flavors of the meals my Yiayia used to make. This is the kind of food you’d be served in someone’s home in Greece. Where else can you find “spoon sweets” on a dessert menu? This is not your typical taverna with shaved gyro and soggy fries.
The menu is impressively authentic, featuring regional dishes you almost never see outside of Greece. It even beats the high end Greek establishments of NYC. Every dish is spot on. And the space? Modern, fresh, and stylish without losing that welcoming, homey feel.
The prices are NYC-level, but it’s well worth it for what you’re getting. Honestly, enjoy it now while it’s still under the radar… something tells me in a few weeks it’s going to be very hard to get a table!

This restaurant is phenomenal. I’ve dined around the world, including at many Michelin stars, and this is one of the best places I’ve been to. No expense is spared. The attention to detail is profound. The atmosphere is unmatched. The service is exceptional. The food. I don’t even think I have words for the food. This is a restaurant that embodies a philosophy. You’re invited into more than a dining experience, but a way of life.
