Dont sure how rated 4.6, maybe today was an off day. I still wouldn’t recommend them. The pastelillos were sooo awful. Defintely tell the oil was old. My sandwich (the El entreagao) was uneditable, the beef was wayyy overly salted. And I LOVE my seasonings and salt. I thought was maybe just the ham, so I removed the ham, and yea NO. We did get the Steak/Bistec, it was just okay. We could eat that. But pastelillos and my sandwich went in the garbage A.K.A 60.00!

Checked out this little spot on my way home. It’s a hispanic spot that specializes in sandwiches and also has desserts, pastalittos, and tasty drinks!
I had the steak and cheese sandwich ( basically a sub) and it was the bomb! Whatever sauce is on there is bursting baby! Making me wanna go back for real for real.
The pastry reminded me of ….. I don’t even know but it’s sugary and sweet but not overly sweet!

This was my first time ordering from House of Sandwich. I had the pastelillo and the tripleta. Both were very delicious. It didn’t arrive hot, but it did arrive warm. The pastelillo shell and filling were flaky and delicious. The bread was toasted to perfection. The sandwich portion is substantial! A bit too much sauce, the bottom of the bread was wet in places. The meat was tender and tasty. Looking forward to trying more items.

A friend who lives in Buffalo suggested this place to have a good Puerto Rican breakfast while I was visiting. Upon my arrival there was a man before us who was very rude and arrogant to the young employee, the more rude he was, the more friendly and helpful she was.
When it was our turn to be served, the young lady treated us very well, she made good suggestions from the menu and she brought our order in very good amount of time. She served 9 clients while we were there, and they were all satisfied with her treatment and service. The sandwiches we ordered were excellent, very tasty, its reminded me of the flavors of my island.
Very important….When You visit this spot, if you have Yari as your server, you’ll be very pleased with her service and her knowledge about the menu. if you are like me far away from home and have no idea what to get and wants everything in the menu, she can give you a good hint of where to start.
I Wish Yari doesn’t have more clients like that one before us, and hope Yari and the House of Sandwich LLC Successful life!
By the way, to House of Sandwich LLC when the pay raise time come along, she deserve it! She already earned it!!
