Such nice and friendly people and so helpful! I have celiacs so I am completely gluten free and they were very knowledgeable and had so many gluten free options to choose from. I did the build my own poke bowl and it was delicious! If you’re unsure about things being gluten free or not, just ask them and they’re happy to help. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. Definitely recommend trying it out(:

Wow! So unexpected to find such great Poke bowls in this small town! The two girls working were super friendly and attentive. The food was great! The selection of toppings and the fact that you can have as many as you want, and their protein portions were generous. We will be back next time we are passing through!

We stopped by off I70 looking for something better than fast food. I had the spicy tuna bowl and it was very good. My wife had an aloha bowl. Tuna was surprisingly fresh and tasty. The portions are big and could probably feed two people.

Perfect place to stop if you’re driving through Gypsum! The food was incredible and the service was delightful with such kind and welcoming staff. You can tell the cook loves to put a smile on people’s face with his food (and does a great job at it). You can’t get poke this good for this price in Denver. Highly recommend!!
