Normally I enjoy their subs but unfortunately this has happened more than a couple of times and I’m not very happy. The bread was burnt, again, and in turn made the whole sandwich taste very bad. With no choice, I ended up eating the filling, which also tasted burnt. Why put out a sandwich knowing you burnt the bread? Very disappointed.

What a gem in downtown! Stopped in for lunch, as they are open from 11-3 M-Thurs. Longer hrs. F-S. The atmosphere is nice, and the food is great, with ample portions! We had the Antipasto Salad, House Special Pizza, and Pastrami Sandwich. Brendan was very friendly and helpful!

You absolutely have to try the lasagna—it’s incredible! The food here is fantastic, making it the best pizza spot in downtown. The service is good, but the atmosphere could use some improvement. The space feels a bit small for the number of visitors, so a better layout for the dining area and kitchen might make a big difference. Still, highly recommended for the food!

Service was dreadful
I called in an order for 3 Large Pizzas (and even repeated the order over the phone to ensure it was correct) when i arrived i was given 1 Small/Medium/Large pizza and was even given the wrong dressing for the salad wrong.
Then was told they would not be remaking the order due to the kitchen closing shortly (even though the inside of the restaurant was full).
Should’ve gone with The Pizza Joint…

We stopped in for a quick lunch and ordered a couple slices each… 4 slices is a whole pizza there!!!! But it was absolutely delicious and we had leftovers for a late afternoon snack! I can’t wait to have this pizza again!!!! Service was great! The restaurant is cozy but comfortable.

The salad is so tasty! And there was plenty to share with three people. We had the house pizza and it was done to perfection. I will return.

Delicious Canadian Bacon Sub with a bag of jalapeño chips. Huge salads. Grab a piece of pepperoni pizza piece very tasty. Lunch hour during the week and group received its food promptly. Nice cozy restaurant with retro decor nice background music as well not loud people can carry out a nice conversation.

Best pizza in town – especially the House Special. This is a great spot if you’re a local or just visiting and staying nearby. Crispy crust, soft inside – generous toppings, but all in the perfect ratio. Pastrami sandwich is a must as well. Friendly, accomodating staff and an inviting atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent Pizza and excellent service! If you’re from El Paso, you might be familiar with original House of Pizza located on Piedras.
This is the downtown location on N. Stanton and it did not disappoint!
We had a Pepperoni and Hatch Green Chile Pizza, and while we’ve never tried green chile on Pizza, it was cooked to perfection and tasty!
While this was a to-go order, this location has plenty of indoor seating along with a few tables just outside.
Located just across the street from Stanton House, and very close to San Jacinto Plaza so you can grab a bite after visiting the alligators.
This is a Family-Owned pizza place. I believe it’s owned by the second generation now and has been around for years and been eating and enjoying pizza here since I was a kid. (that’s a looong time too!)
