Automatic 15% fee for having a family of 6 (large party fee) plus a 2% restaurant fee for eating inside.
I Hope they automatically give it to the waitress.. she was nice.
They put peppers in carrots and the pork chops were spicy.
Kids enjoyed their eggs,2 pancakes and 2 slices of French toast.
My brother enjoyed the acopolco breakfast.
They food served is better at waffle house or Denny’s for less.

I’m visiting from Missouri on a girls trip and I LOVED this place. The food was great but what I want to compliment is Our waiter, Josẽ. He took our visit to the next level!! He interacted with us so well and never once did we have request something he just knew exactly what we needed and got it. What an amazing person to have representing your business!
Thanks for being a part of a core memory that we will carry with us the rest of our lives.
Go eat here!!!!!

We were looking for a dessert spot and drove past House of Pies. We have never been and decided to pop in. We tried 3 different pies and enjoyed them all. They had so many pie offerings. A flavor for all. The pecan pie came out warm. It was delicious. We had no idea they had food offerings as well.
When we walked in I thought it had a very Denny’s vibe to it. We looked up the history of House of Pies because we wanted to understand when they started selling food and apparently they always have. House of Pies is founded by the founder of IHOP as well so maybe that’s why it gave a Denny’s vibe.
Overall, we enjoyed our pie and likely will be back to sample some others.

We came to House of Pies @ The Woodlands TX location for brunch as a family, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned.
The service was excellent, and our server Ana was amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made us feel very welcome and took great care of our family throughout the meal.
Great food, outstanding service, and a warm atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend House of Pies for a family brunch or any meal! ☕️

This was first time having breakfast here. It was great experience. The service, food options, portion size, atmosphere & prices were all great. Their bread options and “all day sides” choices were impressive. Its very clean and the coffee is hot, fresh and delicious. Not only would I recommend coming here but I intend to return with family. Ashley was my server, she was so sweet and attentive.

A random pie craving led to a late night (11pm) delivery and first time eating or ordering from here. Honestly thought they only sold pie. My husband and I ordered a pancake breakfast with bacon and eggs, fries and two pies (French silk and banana). The pancake breakfast was okay, nothing special, the fries were nicely seasoned and good. In my opinion the pies had entirely way too much whip cream and not enough filling. The flavor of both pies themselves were good but the whip cream to filling ratio was a little over. Overall, for the late night delivery, price and quality (and a wide range of items on the menu to choose from) I wasn’t disappointed, but I don’t know if I would necessarily go back.

I had the chicken fried steak with eggs and O’Brien potatoes. I asked for the bell peppers to be scrambled with the egg and gravy on the side! Everything was perfect! Biscuits were soft & fluffy and potatoes were great! Husband ordered the fish & chips and said it was great too! We also ordered the pickle fries as appetizer and OMG SO GOOD!

Do NOT come here for the food. Maybe just stick to the pies..The food is horrible, no flavor at all, we had to put so much salt and pepper just to make it barely edible and I got my toddler a cheeseburger which also came out very dry with no flavor as well. The Mac and cheese looks amazing and very creamy, very misleading because after tasting it, there’s just nothing. It tastes like nothing. I also got chicken fried chicken with veggies, mashed potatoes and gravy, and a mushroom soup. The veggies were not fresh, they seemed to come from a frozen bag and then they didn’t even season those or add any butter, same goes for the sauteed spinach my mother had. Chicken wasn’t that bad but it was a little dry, the white gravy saved it a bit considering flavor, and the mushroom soup was the worst….when I say I had to put salt and pepper just to be able to eat it it didn’t even taste like mushrooms and was very thick like they used too much flour, it was very clumpy. My husband also got a fried chicken sandwich with lots of jalapeno, mushrooms, and onions and if they hadn’t covered it with so much jalapeno, it probably wouldn’t have had any flavor as well. The only good thing was the gravy and maybe the mashed potatoes. My mother had also got a chicken potpie and they brought it out to her VERY overcooked and dry, there was literally NO LIQUID in her pie. The sweet tea was okay and so was the pumpkin pie that we got but if I’m being honest, this has to be a one time thing where I spend $17 on a whole pumpkin pie that’s average in flavor and size. The server seemed like she was trying her best but she also kept forgetting things like coming back to us especially towards the end. This was definitely not worth the money we spent there. Overpriced for low quality food. Even cracker barrel knows how to do flavor better than this. Aside from everything, this place is beautiful.

It’s been a while since I’ve been here. Overall it’s got a nice diner vibe. A little loud. All the workers are super nice. The service was a little slow but accurate. Pies 10/10. Egg on my avocado toast was still slimy like snot so had to scrape some of it off. That was the only negative of the meals. Food had good flavors. It’s just kinda pricey for the diner vibe. But I guess it’s The Woodlands and everything is overpriced these days. I’ll be back for breakfast and pie.
