Small hole-in-the-wall spot with great flavors and great prices. We had a coupon and weren’t able to input it on the iPad, so one of the ladies was kind and helped us. The handpulled noodles were out of this world. Out of all the things we ordered, the only thing I didn’t like was the chicken feet. I LOOOOVE chicken feet, but these were big with no meat of them. I also wasn’t a big fan of the red sauce on them. Despite this, I’m not taking a star away just for the chicken feet.

Since the restaurant is small, I recommend doing to-go. Will be returning!

Authentic Chinese noodle place with great Xian cumin lamb biang biang and very good Szechuan dan dan. Large portions of perfectly cooked noodles that had been worked perfecly to have a resistant, firm bite but were silky smooth on the inside. The noodles were served with no or very little chili oil so i asked; they have a self-serve station where you can customize (load up on) the amount of chili oil etc. that you like. This is a typical noodle shop like in China but not a typical American Chinese restaurant catering to American tastes (not sweet/not bland). Its small, loud, fast, and fantastic. There’s a couple seats at the window when you walk in and more at a counter along the wall. People move through fast so if a seat isn’t available just wait a few minutes. It will be worth your wait. Not a place to linger and chat but if you’re a foodie this is a must visit. Hope to go back some day and try other menu items.

For a party of four we have ordered the following as take out
1. Szechuan Kung Pao Chicken
2. Chinese Cabbage Fried Yuba
3. Hand Pulled Biang Biang Noodle W Spicy Cumin Beef
4. Popcorn Chicken

Two rice boxes came as sides
The seating is quite limited ah still we were able to go to the nearby concert park area and sit on a bench to share a meal. The food was delicious! You typically order via the kiosk and the food comes out at just the right temperature to warm you up even while eating outside on a moderately cold day.

The service was kind! The staff did try to find a spot for us – but we decided to eat outside so that we had a wider seating arrangement.

The food is made quickly and with care.
God bless you all!

Everything we ate here was an absolute slam dunk. Fresh, hot, perfectly prepared Szechuan flavor food. We got the shredded potato (a favorite of mine) and this was the best version we’ve had in the Boston area. The hand pulled spicy beef noodles were delightful- spiced and flavorful, excellent noodle, beef was tender. We also got the soup dumplings. 10/10 no notes. We will be back!

If you love noodles, you will love their authentic homemade noodles, which are handpulled goodness accompanied by lean beef, fresh vegetables, and really, really good sauces. We ordered the signature biang biang noodles – thick, chewy, delectable and each a mile long – and the Dan Dan noodles, tasty goodness. Each dish will feed two hungry adults. We can’t wait to try the rest of the extensive menu!!

It’s a tiny place with a line of seating facing the wall and a few more facing the window/street. Stoves where the noodles are cooked are right next to the seats. There are two self order screens for customers to place orders, so the servers can be spared from taking orders— they are too busy. They are short with servers so there’s a bit wait for the food and for them to clean the tables. Everything is crowded. Also You have to go through the back kitchen prep area to get to the bathroom which is clean. But the food is great. Had hand pulled noodles with lamb, sour soup hand pulled noodles and pork Chinese burger 肉夹馍 all good! 肉夹馍has decent amount of meat.

So happy to have found this place! I often yearn for Rou jia mo, and this place has so many great options!

The spicy cumin lamb noodles are excellent, could be a bit Spicier, but the flavors are excellent and the noodles are just perfect! Looking forward to having this spot in my usual rotation!

We got the spicy eggplant which came with rice and the lamb hand pulled noodles. This is my second trip, and this place has now become a staple. The food is exceptionally good and the service is fast! On my previous trip I got the sour fish soup, it was incredible.
Hole in the wall, get the goods before there is a line out of the door.

This was such a fun meal! All the hot pot ingredients were delicious and the broths were amazing too. I love how it’s an individual pot, everyone can get what they like. Such a cute idea! We also got bubble tea which was super tasty.

Basically, the food is great. Particularly, the biang biang noodles that are hand-shaved. Dumplings – yummy as well as being closest to Mary Chung’s – in hot sour soup. The staff is quite accommodating. ‘Love the fact that the scallion pie rollups include cucumber. Final note, their chili oil is not crazy hot, just pleasantly hot.
Enjoy, @momthefoodie
