This food is amazing, my family loves the chicken kabob and beef lula!! We had the pleasure of dining with the excellent service of a lady named Hiya. Hiya was incredibly generous and sweet, and her hospitality was unmatched. I couldn’t recommend this spot more, the food is the best, service is amazing and restaurant is nice and clean !!

Hands down one of the best Mediterranean spots in Palmdale. We ordered three chicken kebab plates and one steak & shawarma plate, and every single dish was on point.
The chicken kebabs were juicy, perfectly seasoned, and grilled exactly right—not dry at all. The steak and shawarma plate was loaded, flavorful, and cooked great with generous portions. Rice was fluffy, salads were fresh, and the pita was warm and soft.
You can tell they care about quality and consistency. Food came out fast, everything tasted fresh, and the portions were more than fair for the price.
If you’re craving solid Mediterranean food that actually delivers, this place does not disappoint. Definitely coming back and recommending to others.

Yay! We’re SO glad we found you 🙂 If you’re looking for authentic Armenian and Mediterranean cuisine, then look no further. The food is absolutely delicious, the portions are generous, and the service is exceptional. We ordered take-out tonight and when we got home, our meals were still warm. The sarma appetizer was so fresh, the salad was dressed and flavorful, the hummus was creamy and quite possibly my favorite, the rice was aromatic and fluffy, the falafel was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the chicken was seasoned to perfection. Oh, and don’t forget about the gigantic pieces of baklava for dessert. Harout and family, thank you for bringing a little piece of home to me in the Antelope Valley. We’re already looking forward to our next meal!

This is one of my favorite places. The service was great. And Haya was just a delight. The chicken kabob sandwich was just out of this world, with the chicken being perfectly seasoned and the fries were perfect. If you decide to eat at the House of Kabob you will not be disappointed. And for the amount of food/price point I think it is very reasonable.

We went at lunchtime in the middle of the week. No wait, and the food was so good! Two plates between two adults and two kids, still had leftovers. The baklava was DECADENT.

Did find a single tiny hair in my food but, the food was actually really good. The workers are very friendly, especially Haya who made sure everything was good for us. First time trying this place out but, would definitely go here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to try something new.
