Had a chicken tikka, rice, garlic Nan and pakora.
Arrived on time hot but no rice.. not a great start.
Chicken tikka was nothing like it should be and far to hot so not enjoyable to eat. the only nice bits were the garlic Nan and mushroom pakora.

Delivery driver held the buzzer down until I answered and then threw the bag of food in my face. Never seen anything like it. Completely inappropriate as I had a young child asleep while he buzzed incessantly
Phoned them to ask if it was one of their own drivers and they confirmed it was.
Only asked so I’d know not to order from them again.
Ordered a large chicken pakora. Looked like we were given the scraps from the frier.

Shocking customer service. I ordered special bhuna with rice, as you can see on the receipt, and no rice was delivered. I called, and the man on the phone told me he goes by his menu; it’s a fault by Just Eat. Wont be back

The missus picked up dinner from here tonight.
Chicken tikka Balti was excellent. Rice and naan were really good as well.
The small kebab was packed with meat and there’s none left so my son obviously enjoyed it.
We’ll definitely be eating from here again.

Placed a large order, chicken was dry, ‘large donner’ certainly not large. And missing a nan bread. Called to request it was delivered heard abusive chat in the background because I requested it to be sent up! Furious, is an understatement. Won’t be using again. Tried to give them the opportunity to put right before review.

Ordered a pizza and was told 45 mins for delivery…fair enough it’s a Friday night…nearly 2 hours later and it still wasn’t here…2 phone calls to the shop to see where it was and was hung up on…when it finally did arrive they tried to charge me for it AGAIN!!! Finally I had to put it in my oven to heat it up again. This place used to be quite good but recently has been a shambles…That’s it House of India, you have had your last chance, I will NEVER BE USING YOU AGAIN!!!
