My Neice & I celebrated our bday here this yr. The food was/is delicious! The ‘Chef’ was very welcoming & interacted with our entire family (we were about 25 ppl deep in the place). The servers were very friendly & attentive. Very clean and upgraded.

Our family had a great dinner tonight. Staff was great and everything we had was delicious, the boom boom shrimp was on point, the calamari was some of the best we have ever had. I had the blackened grouper special which was excellent! Portions are large, come hungry, you will love it.

Went here for a birthday dinner celebration the food was awesome servers were a tad aggravated we all did not show up at the same time my family and I came from columbia SC so we got there after the majority of the party did…but we finally got our drinks and food only down fall they started running out of drinks.. overall we enjoyed the food and had a nice time before we headed back to Columbia with some leftovers!

They have new digs which are spacious and unpretentious. Each item is carefully prepared from hush puppies, perfectly crispy fried fillets, expertly seasoned baked beans, and rich flavorful key lime pie. The atmosphere is a perfect Motown 80’s playlist. The staff are joyful, which counts for A LOT.

I wasn’t impressed with any of it. The wait was long. The food wasn’t terrible but wasn’t anything to brag about either and everything was way to salty. We had to ask for them to bring out one of our vegetables and to get condiments brought to our table. The wait staff left a lot to be desired. The daily “specials” are written on a whiteboard as you go in WITHOUT prices. THAT should have been a dead giveaway. At $114 for 2 people to eat, EVERYTHING should have been top notch and was far from it. The place echos so badly it’s very load and hard to hear as people talk normally.

I was introduced to this amazing restaurant by a dear sister/friend Deanna. The place was so very beautiful but the food was absolutely delicious! I dined with Deanna and another sister/friend Pat. The Boom Boom Shrimp? They were soooo delicious! In fact everything I consumed was delicious! I plan on driving-well riding- for over an hour this evening to experience this deliciousness again but this time I am introducing my husband to this dining experience! Can hardly wait! Kudos to the owner and employees-you did that!

If I could give this place zero stars I most certainly would…. after reading about this place in the Our state magazine I was so excited to come. I called and actually spoke to the owner Danny to ask him about a shrimp allergy and if he accommodate it . He said yes to come and he can fix anything .We got there to celebrate a special occasion and The waitress was kind polite and patient considering it took us a while to decide what we were wanting to order . Danny came over to the waitress first and asked if we had been waited on The waitress in turn informed him that we were waiting to order. Danny Then came over to our table and informed us that he was leaving in 10 minutes and would not be back for 25 minutes and that is all he said . So we decided what we were ordering and placed an order . We received our appetizers we ordered the fried calamari and the boom boom chicken wings . Upon receiving the calamari it was great but the boom boom chicken wings upon biting into them The chicken was not fully cooked. I explained to our waitress that I did not want to say anything about it and she said it’s OK it’s pretty obvious and she took the plate . The entrées were the stuffed salmon and the crab legs and a side order of fish. . The first bite of the salmon had a bone in it and it was not fully cooked. The crab legs were extremely cold . We brought it to the waitresses attention and she apologized for our dining experience yet the owner never came out to address our issues considering (they were not busy ) we were first time guests here celebrating a special occasion . I felt that the owner could have made things right by apologizing and assuring us a better dining experience upon our next visit .
