Ordered the Hellboy Sicilian pizza, garlic knots, and the hawaiin pizza. The garlic knots we nice and buttery and garlicky. The knots were crispy on the edges and nice and doughy in the middle. Their ranch and marinara sauce both tasted great with the knots and tasted like they were made in house. The pizzas were delicious and cooked to perfection! The guy who took our food order was very nice and helpful. The only improvement I could mention is that since we are not allowed to refill drinks ourselves, if the guys could be a little more attentive to drinks needing refills, otherwise the service was great as well as the food! I will add it did seem like 2 of the 4 guys behind the counter seemed to being trained. We definitely would come back and recommend folks to eat here!

First picture is from the website and the second is what was in the box. Why is it so hard for a business to be honest these days? With what they charge for their food they could at least try to not “misrepresent” the product. You can honestly get a better pizza from the freezer section of the store 1 door down from it. It’ll be cheaper too

I attended a birthday party on October 31st, and the pizza was delivered all flung to the sides of the box.
The birthday girl literally got a LONG HAIR in her bite, it was literally almost 2ft long and entirely baked into the pizza.
By the time we were eating, it was super close to closing time, so the birthday family reached out the following day.
After multiple visits and calls, the birthday family was apologized to and promised that there would be procedure changes along with a refund processed on 11/10. The manager even mentioned that other managers did not believe a refund was due, despite this disgusting ordeal.
It has been 15 days since the incident, 4 entire business days since the refund processing promised, and they were told (AGAIN) that a message would be passed along to a manager.
Save your money, your time, your health, and your sanity – DO NOT EAT HERE!!

The new location on Badger road is excellent. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm welcome and a happy hello! As the wonderful aroma washes over you, you can’t help but to take in the beauty of the dining area. It being our first time there, we were offered help and any answers to questions we might have. Our kids loved very much, watching their pizza and garlic knots being made right in front of them, From tossing the dough into the air to placing it into the rotating fire oven (super cool). At the time we ordered we were unable to sit and eat, but we will definitely be back to indulge in all that house of fire badger road has to offer. Absolutely recommend. Delicious food and fairly priced.

I had the “White Pie,” and it set a high bar for this place in my mind. Thin crusted without being overcooked, but still crispy. Nice blend of cheese and toppings to make a well balanced flavor combination.
The staff is awesome, particularly the manager. The guy literally held the door for me as I entered and exited the place. He clearly cares a lot about the business. That gusto alone will bring me back.
I highly recommend if you live on Wainwright or in North Pole.

Best experience!! I brought in a crew of 35 folks today and the pizza was excellent – the service was outstanding!! Anthony and Alice killed it … took incredibly good care of us, asked if we needed refills, happy to help, didn’t get bothered by the # of kiddos that we have with us ..

They messed up our pizzas on 5/10/24. They refused to refund the money we spent over 70$. They refused to deliver replacements and tried to just give us small pizzas. The manager was extremely rude and refused to give us the supervisors name. The pictures are after I tried to fix them as much as I could

Horrible Service-called in an order and was told it would be ready shortly. Showed up in 20 minutes, been waiting over an hour for 2 pizzas to go and still don’t have them. No idea if they will be any good because after all this time I have lost my appetite. Came here because I liked their story on their web site and like to support local businesses. I owned a local business myself. They shouldn’t keep expanding if they can’t manage more than one store. Help here is abysmal.
