Located off 1604. Family friendly restaurant. Seat yourself. Plenty of seating. Service was quick and food came out quickly. Food and tea were good tasting and large size portions. All dishes are reasonably priced. Handicapped parking available.

Gross. The last time we ordered from there something was off so it has been years since we ordered again. Ordered lunch while in the area for pick up and the teriyaki chicken plate was not good. Came with two Rangoon’s, a soup, fried rice, and the teriyaki chicken. The bag was knotted but you can clearly see two styrofoam plates and their soups. Once we got home to try and eat them, everything was still warm but the teriyaki chicken was dried out, hard, and drenched with sauce. The lady even had me wait when I went to pick it up because she said they were still putting it together. No this chicken was either recycled, sat out all day, or overly cooked to where the chicken pieces were hard. Not sure if this picture will capture that and I can’t see where video is allowed, but you can hear me tap it against a surface and it has a crisp hard sound from each piece of chicken. It never got consumed.

All around bad! My first and LAST time here! The so called $10.99 lunch special was $14.98 + tax. They charged me extra because I wanted my meal in brown sauce??? I asked for hot tea and that was $2.99???? I guess I should feel lucky they didn’t charge me extra for speaking English and not mandarin. MANY of the better Chinese restaurants charge $11.00 for lunch, include the drink, don’t charge extra for brown sauce or other adjustments. I do not recall seeing the menu say the meal was in some other sauce and its extra for brown sauce. The food wasn’t good. Not worth coming here!

not really sure how this place has any ratings at all . the food is garbage . don’t pay attention to the pictures, they fool you. Ordered the chicken and broccoli specifically because the image had brown sauce only for it to come looking like dehydrated colorless chicken . it was disgusting. my husbands sesame and general chicken it was so dry . DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IS YOU VALUE YOUR TASTEBUDS AND WALLET.

Ordered food for delivery 20 mins before they closed. I was worried I wouldn’t get good quality since it was late. Also started reading the reviews which made me even more nervous. The food arrived hot, fresh and delicious! When I called to confirm my order the lady was very nice and helpful! Glad I decided to give them a chance! I think next time we will try dinning in.

I’ll start with whenever we want Chinese delivered we choose the House of China!
We were actually in the area one Saturday and said, Let’s go have their food fresh, and boy, was it a treat! We were greeted and seated right away, the restaurant was clean, spacious, and a bit fancy!
Our drink and app orders were taken right away. We received our drinks quickly and our appetizers about 8 minutes later. We got the Fish balls which had a great sauce on them and a wonderful filling. My wife said these were her new favorite fish balls! We also got the smashed cucumbers which were fresh and garlicky!
We then received our entrees’ we got the combination Udon noodles and they were saucy, chewy and delicious and all the meat was fresh and tender! I also got the Salt and Pepper chicken, which was fresh and crunchy and so very tasty!
I know we’ll continue to order and visit this restaurant when we want Chinese food!

I was craving Chinese food after work and decided to try House of China since last time we came here my brother enjoyed the chicken fried rice . Sesame chicken was delicious , I’m positive I said fried rice on the phone but they gave me steam rice it was okay . My only complaint is waiting 5-10 minutes for someone to ask me if I had an order to pickup , they would get the food first and then ask what did you order . The tap to pay was not working , the setup doesn’t make any sense to me if I’m being honest my card declined with that system when I had just made a purchase earlier so had to use a different payment method .

Missing In Action! I did not have one single cashew in my “Cashew Chicken” lol. It tasted like cashew, but no cashews, and those are the best part!! The beef Pad Thai, Rice and Egg Drop soup was decent. Service could have been WAY better. The gentleman behind the front desk was NOT very welcoming at all. Made me feel like an inconvenience, And he was definitely distracted by the phone.

Unfortunately there is a bug in the sweet and sour sauce they served us. I tried to call back but no one answers the phone. I will go by the store tomorrow.

Placed a large takeout order on Christmas Day. Even though they were extremely busy, the food was hot, delicious, and every item was included. They were also generous with sauces and utensils, which was appreciated. The ladies working were very kind and professional despite dealing with several rude customers. Great service, especially on a holiday.
