What can I say about the house of china that isn’t negative? Nothing. Lets start with the staff. The owner and the chef are Hispanic men, (not very authentic) and the waitress doesn’t seem to know what she is doing. While there, I asked many times for a refill. For a waitress who only had two tables in the whole place you would think she would remember. The decor is a mixture between 1950’s stereotype and cheesy yard sale. It would be “ugly cute” if it wasn’t falling apart. The walls were missing fixtures, the carpet was filthy, lights were missing bulbs or broken, the seats had holes in the booths, and the tables were stained.

The food ordered by my girlfriend, my brother and his wife all looked the same. We had each ordered a different meat, vegetable and rice combo but everything was served in the same brown sauce except my chicken and broccoli, which came swimming in a sauce that tasted like MSG and gasoline.

The restaurant is very overpriced. I cannot imagine how something that is so run down and lacking any customers stays in business.

The negative reviews online are very accurate. stay away.
