House of Bqgels has the best bagels in town. But… twice in the last month they messed up my order. I understand that they have a lot of new, young workers but it bothers me because they were the only 2 times I could not return during business hours. The first time was because I was starting a new job and didn’t have access to a refrigerator so I asked for mustard, no mayo. Of course at lunch I opened and it was just mayo no mustard. The other time was today. I ordered a sausage, 3gg and cheese and received a bacon, egg, and cheese. I am the car dealership waiting for my car to be maintained. But still the best bagels. Why don’t they mess up when I am eating there?

I really used to LOVE their bagels & sandwiches, but it seems they’ve gotten almost all new employee’s and since then the sandwiches have become VERY skimpy which is highly disappointing. Also, calling to place an order over the phone is always a nightmare. I usually can’t get through to anyone because the phone seems to be disconnected or nobody answers.
