I love this bagel shop and it’s one of my go-to bagel shops in Greater Boston. The bagels are humongous, I can only eat half at a time. The texture is perfect and they are extremely consistent with the quality of their product. I love their french toast, everything, and sesame bagels. If you want their cinnamon raisin or sesame bagel, you have to go earlier in the morning because those flavors sell out fast.

No measurements for mango smoothie she eye balled it. Tons of cream a little bit of mango puree.
The sandwich was cold and disgusting. I asked for bacon egg and cheese with avocado. I received guacamole.
After every item I ordered she kept saying anything else. In a rush with no customers behind me.

Everything was amazing until I ate the bagel… Just moved to the area and expected a proper bacon egg and cheese bagel only to have a subpar bagel with egg bacon and cheese [almost no cheese] slapped together on the bagel which was butterless. Maybe it was a bad day for the ladies there. Not sure. Will return soon to try again. Mind yall I’m from jersey and they set the bar pretty high for what a BEC bagel should be like.

Last year, I picked up a BLT on an egg bagel for me and my friend. Since that time, we hold that BLT as the standard for all others. We have been back several times to get the same thing. The last two times, we sat there and ate it because we wanted it right away. Nice people, excellent food, and good value.

I’ve been here multiple times can never complain about the place. I ended up bringing my mom because she wanted a quick bite and she enjoyed it a lot as well. This place is great. I got like three sandwiches and a coffee for less than 17 bucks which isn’t bad at all in my opinion. Also, another thing every time I’ve been here the girls there are always super polite super nice. I don’t really know What else you can ask from a bagel joint, Food is good, it’s cheap and the service is great.

Normally my experience here is top tier. Last week I had a horrible experience. Got a bagel for me, one for my mom. The put the toppings on the wrong bagels. So my mom got sesame, and was not at all happy. Mine was supposed to have butter and jelly, my server even said it back to me that way. When I unwrapped it, she had put peanut butter. A very different flavor profile. She also put enough on there for about 5 bagels, I barely ate half before it was trash bound. Waste of money

Definitely a place to go if you want a bagel or even a breakfast sandwich. Variety of bagels to try from normal bagel, french toast, raisin, chocolate chips, cranberry, onion/garlic, jalapeno, “everything” and more. I would have bought more if the server didn’t look annoyed for ordering a dozen bagel… Size of a bagel is humongous so watch out. Very filling 😀
Update: I will try to call later. Glad to hear that you are trying to improve things. Just so you know, I am not angry or anything. Just expressing as I think customer service is important in this world. Additional information, my family (husband, myself, and my son) was there at around Sunday 11am. The lady who I am referring to had glasses on. Sorry, I don’t know the name. Would it be on the receipt? Since my husband paid he got the receipt but not sure if he still has it as he has a tendency of not keeping them…

Best bagels in the area! They do a ton of cream cheese which I love & online ordering is easy. I usually get a Jalapeño Cheddar bagel or sesame bagel with scallion cream cheese, tomato and bacon. While some bagel places will put one piece of bacon on a bagel that you get one bite of, they do a great job of spreading all ingredients throughout the bagel. Highly recommend any of their bagels with cream cheese.

I got the egg/cheese on jalapeño cheddar bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. The cream cheese has chunks of jalapeño..spicy BIG flavor.
All the gals working had smiles on, very friendly and working efficiently.
There’s some seating by the window for dining in.
The best part is that it’s big value for your $. Two sandwiches and a hot beverage was $14.
