Steven, Christina, and their team never disappoint. The greens have just the right amount of seasoning, the pasta salads are always great, the chicken tenders are amazing.. and…..those Rice Krispy treats……are big enough to share! I, however, will not be sharing mine lol

The ladies on the line where so helpful and the food!!! Yummy. Had watermelon already and it was so good. Definitely be back when I have another doctor visit. Not cheap but I think it was worth it

I love being able to get a well-balanced, nutritious lunch for a reasonable price every day at work. Everyone I’ve met working here has been so awesome. AND I can order online/order ahead? (Which I do every day because the line is always out the door at lunch time ) This place literally couldn’t get any better.
Also, I’ve noticed they take special care not to add unexpected love-it-or-hate-it foods like onions and mushrooms to their endless offerings of veggie sides/salads, one of which I order every day. As an onion fiend whose dish would be ruined by a surprise mushroom, I definitely understand and appreciate it.

Every so often I visit a restaurant where I am immediately delighted before I even sit down. This is one of those places. You already know this place is good because there is a line at all times. The hot line full of southern soul food favorites serves only to reinforce this notion. The staff are friendly and genuinely seem to be enjoying their time at work. The owners are working alongside their staff and greeting virtually every customer by name. I will make it a point to visit Hour Place whenever I am in town.

I’ve been a customer at Hour Place for more than 5 years and have never had a bad experience. Christina and Steven know how to do it and they do it well! The food is outstanding and the customer service is phenomenal.
As a matter of fact, the day before Thanksgiving, I witnessed a customer picking up her Take & Bake order only to realize that she had mistakenly ordered plain dressing instead of chicken & dressing. Christina swooped in, without hesitation, and saved Thanksgiving for this customer! She took that dressing back to the kitchen, worked her magic, and returned it to the waiting customer WITH chicken! These were pre-ordered, prepared and packaged meals – which we all know takes TIME to prepare – but Hour Place will make certain every customer leaves satisfied, with a full belly and a smile on their face.
This entire crew works so smoothly together, they’re more like a family! Stop in and give ANYTHING a try, you won’t be disappointed.

If you’re at Erlanger, do yourself a favor and stop by Hour Place for a meal. The staff, atmosphere, and food are outstanding!! For breakfast, they have the best grits I’ve ever had (I’ve eaten grits prepared a million different ways, these are seriously the best)! They go really well with the smoked sausage. The lunch bar is always great with a couple of different entree choices and their huge, hand breaded chicken tenders. We get these at least once a week to take home for dinner. The kids love them, especially with the honey mustard and mac & cheese!!
