The best food service i have ever had. We were served by a tall man named Scott. He was the best server ever if the food was bad I’d come back just to get Scott’s service. He was kind, energetic, and helpful. But luckily the food wasn’t bad it was great usually we go to apple bees or Olive Garden but from now on we will go here. And the atmosphere was very pleasant. And again thank you Scott for your service.

We had an incredible experience at Houlihan’s thanks to our server, Scott W. He was absolutely amazing — so attentive, friendly, and genuinely on top of everything. Our drinks were never empty, our table never needed anything, and we didn’t even have to ask… it all just appeared right when we needed it.
Scott made our whole visit feel seamless and enjoyable. Truly one of the best, most on-point waiters I’ve ever had. He went above and beyond and made the experience spectacular.
Houlihan’s is lucky to have him — we will definitely be back and absolutely asking for Scott again!

Good size menu with calories included. Prices were about average with other restaurants. Service was good and speed of food was good. I had the veggie burger and was very good. All in all a good experience.

First time here on a holiday for Christmas. Service was great. Scott was a great server!! But food was not quite up to par from past visits..The Prime Rib was fatty and disappointing but the stuffed Chicken was very good and French onion soup was decent.

It was my first time at this restaurant. I went with a big group of people. The server Jessica was very nice and she went above and beyond. We felt well taken care of. I order from the early bird menu and it was definitely worth it. I had the House Salad with honey mustard dressing, it was a very delicious salad. As my entree I ordered the Meatloaf No.9 and it was very good. Unfortunately, I was not able to try the cappuccino cake because they ran out so they substitute my desert with a scoop of chocolate Ice cream.

Absolute horrible experience now on multiple occasions. Last 3 times we went the prime rib was half fat. They wanted to make me another piece and it was sold out. This also has happened multiple times that the prime rib was sold out at 7pm after we received an extremely fatty cut? Basically they gave me the last end piece. This should of never been sent out. Kitchen manager came out with a bunch of excuses rather than solutions. She told me order something else and its on us. I ordered the Filet Mignon and that came out really well done. Your a steakhouse and both dishes came out and then the actual manager says “Obviously we can’t make you happy and gives me a coupon for a free appetizer”. WOW. So I was there for an hour and no food. Horrible service. Despite not eating, I tried to give the bartender a tip on my credit card but I had no bill. A patron (non worker) confronted me and gave me a hard time for not giving a tip (He was obviously intoxicated). I verbally defended myself and just left. Manager call the police while I already left the establishment. Next thing I know 6 cop cars come in and I explained what happened and they said well there is no problem as we can see but I am no longer allowed in the restaurant. I was told I am banned for life at any Houlihan’s, mean while she just literally gave me a Free Appetizer coupon for my next visit. So they screwed up 2 dishes back to back, you have a drunk patron give me a hard time over a situation that he had nothing to do with and I get banned from a manager who shouldn’t be in that position. Two other customers saw what happened and said to me “The customer service in this restaurant has really gone down hill”. I will just go to Longhorns right down the street. Better service and better meal.

I hadn’t been to a Houlihan’s in 20 years and I was delightfully surprised. While the background music was far from my liking, the service and food were excellent for this price point. We will be back despite it being a little out of the way.

Scott, our server was absolutely amazing! Super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. They had great recommendations and checked in at just the right times without being overbearing. You can really tell they care about their guests — made the whole dining experience so much better. Highly recommend asking for them if you visit!

Visited the Brick NJ location on a Friday night. We were seated fairly quickly. Once seated our table was introduced to a server in training, Scott W. who was personable and a pleasure to talk with. He was understanding of the menu, provided excellent service. Caryn the server that was training Scott made sure that he was hitting on all the main points and backed him up when needed. It was a pleasure to meet Scott and Caryn to be served by both was awesome. Thank you Scott for making our dinning at Houlihan’s a pleasure. Thank you Caryn for helping train a server like Scott. Definitely two individuals that we would request on our next visit.
