The chicken was so dry it felt like punishment, not food. Service was nonexistent. Place was empty. Staff stood around joking and doing absolutely nothing while we waited. Waitress disappeared. Had to get up and search for help just to pay the bill. This place has completely gone downhill and clearly no one working here cares anymore. Overpriced, poorly run, and a total waste of time and money. Company has good food just do yourself a favor drive to the US 1 or Palm Coast locations.

Great restaurant and bar! The food is awesome whether you are in the mood for wings or a burger or a salad, they have a great selection. Easy to find something you will like and they are very accommodating. Good drink specials. The Wally wings are amazing!!! You have to try them. The service and atmosphere is wonderful. Highly recommend.

Houligans exceeded our expectations! The food was fantastic, but the real highlight was our server, Shay! She was so professional, friendly, and knew the menu well. She had great recommendations, checked on us often, and truly made us feel taken care of. Service like that is hard to find. We’ll definitely be back and can’t wait to have Shay as our server again!

My family and I recently had a very pleasant experience at the original Houligans, and we can’t speak highly enough specifically about our server Shay! Not only was she on top of everything and providing outstanding service, but her spirit alone made our dining experience all the more enjoyable. This restaurant is a local community staple with great food and it will not disappoint!

By far the best wings in all of Florida, that is if you order them “Well Wally”, SO0oo good. On our most recent visit we were seated by Kaleigh who has been our server in the past. We were going to ask for her section because she is always helpful and has a gentile spirit. As usual after dozens of visits in the past 15 years everything was great.

We go once a week we love it so much! Great onion soup and honestly I’ve never had a bad meal. We always ask for Bruno, he is always fun and in a good mood no matter what and always gets our order right.

We are locals and this is one of our weekly go-to places. The wings are our favorite and the fried pickles are the best out of any restaurant we’ve had. We always sit in the bar area with Michelle or Becky as our waitresses ( depending on which day we go) and have top notch service. Our food order always comes out quickly and delicious.
Whenever we travel out of town we can’t wait to get back and get our “Houligan’s fix” !!!

As a long time resident of Ormond Beach, I always enjoy going to Houligans! Our recent visit was even higher than 5 stars due to our WONDERFUL server, Shay!!! She went above and beyond to take care of our table!! She was friendly and attentive to our requests and checked in with us several times. We will definitely request her as our server when we return!!

I strode into this place seeking food and service and I found only the finest of both! I was seated hastily and my amazing server, Kaleigh, emerged from some unseen location as soon as we sat at our booth, ready to gather our drinks.
I blinked and I found myself staring at a tall glass of my desired beverage, with a modest iceberg leaving me plenty of drink.
The food came out quickly and was hot and fresh! Except for the dishes that were supposed to be cold, those were cold but just as fresh. The thermodynamics of every plate were correctly applied!
Needless to say I will return to this location for many moons, and while the entire staff are all lovable, friendly and very kind, chief among them is most definately my server Kaleigh.
