We loved our visit to Houdini’s! The ice cream was tasty, the malt extra malty, and the interior design is super cute! We had some cheese curds which were decent. Friendly people behind the counter.

Black Hawk Recreation Events
We love everything about this place. Visited for the first time this summer. Had a chicken wrap, wife had a smash burger. Both were delicious, and we really liked the seasoned fries. We were surprised how fast the food came out because they were really busy that day. Overall this is a great place, the food & service were both excellent, fun atmosphere and clean restaurant. Only regret is we were too full to try the ice cream, next time though.

Great place, maybe our new summertime favorite, we drove over from Carroll. The food was really good, our kids even finished their meals which they rarely do. Ice cream and malts for dessert were perfect. Worth a 5 star, the staff is friendly, food and ice cream were delicious.

I had lunch there on a Sunday. It was the only place open for lunch in town. Such a surprise!! They have such large portions, such reasonable prices, & wow was the food amazing!

What a great addition to Lake View! The food is great and perfect for a sunny weekend at the lake. The BBQ window is a quick, easy option and the interior is nice when you want to sit and cool off. They did a great job remodeling. The sundaes are the perfect treat, and the owner is so friendly!
