If you want a real special meal get the Venison Burger, the jam and onions are insane and the meat is perfectly flavored. Bonus: the fries are cooked in beef tallow and are absolutely delicious.

Todd at Hotties eats did an amazing job at catering for the Wallingford Rescue Squad’s members appreciation dinner and awards night. The food was hot when it arrived and talk about being delicious. The price wasn’t bad for the amount of food that was made for us. Thank You Todd and the crew at this fine establishment and we will look forwards to having you cater our dinners to come in the future.

Take the beaten path to this fabulous little roadside stand. You won’t regret it. Ordered the beer brat w freshly grilled onions on a high quality pretzel roll. It was cooked perfectly. Crispy handcut fries are included w all fare and it is a generous portion. We were glad we passed by the chain restaurants and landed at Hot Toddy’s.

I got the brisket with no horse radish butter. Because of a dairy allergy I have. Very accommodating. Offer to open my bottle of coke, but I had a lighter, so I said no need. Great place the brisket was phenomenal. I’m in a good mood.
