Hottie’s Smashburger absolutely delivers. I’ve ordered from here twice through Uber Eats and both times the food was fantastic. We tried a couple of their specials and they were great, but the standout for me was the Big Hottie. It’s a proper smash burger — crispy edges, juicy in the middle, loaded with cheese, and served on a fresh, soft bun. Just a really well-made burger.
I also tried the chili dog, which was very good and nicely loaded, though I personally would’ve loved a little more spice. Still really enjoyable.
We ordered the poutine both times as well. My wife is from Montreal and she’s pretty picky about poutine, but she loved it — great fries, good gravy, and proper cheese curds.
Everything arrived hot and fresh both times. Excellent food overall and definitely one of the better smash burger spots around Hamilton. Looking forward to ordering for a third time.

Hands down one of the best smashburgers I’ve had! Hotties Smashburgers nails it every time — perfectly smashed patties, amazing seasoning, fresh toppings, and incredible flavor in every bite. You can really taste the quality and care put into their food. Great packaging, great taste, and totally satisfying. Highly recommend to anyone who loves a real, legit smashburger!

Had lunch at Hotties Smashburgers and it was awesome! The service was friendly and fast — our food came out quickly and everything was delicious. I had the Impossible Burger and the Hottie Burger, both cooked perfectly. As a fun bonus, we were given complimentary mini donuts — such a kind and thoughtful touch! Great spot, great food, great experience overall. Highly recommend!

I don’t normally feel compelled to review places but I absolutely love Hotties. Hands down, one of the best smashburgers in the city. Their Cajun poutine is . Real curds. Rosemary in fries. And the prices are honestly not that different than junk fast food places, but the quality and flavours are so much better.

Burger was a great hit! Fries were kinda soggy and darker than the usual color so would appreciate if this were improved next time. Place was pretty neat but I feel like it should be inviting more like put more high chairs inside the store. Cashier person didn’t feel like excited for customers though so I had to immediately think of an order to have even if it’s my first time there.

I ordered the Hottie Toddie and Cajun fries with a sundae, all very good. The burgers were perfectly smashed and the fries had bit of a kick.
The employees were super friendly and welcoming, and the music had a good vibe. They blessed the bag with extra fries and later gave me an extra canned beverage, which was a nice surprise.
Great quality and portions of food. Will definitely be back!

This smash burger was seriously impressive. The patties were crispy on the edges and full of flavor, and the combo of jalapeños, caramelized onions, garlic pepper sauce, and house ketchup gave it a great kick without being overwhelming. The tomato added some freshness, and the bun was a little bit too oily but it still held up good. The fries were nice and crispy and just right. Definitely one of the better burgers and fries I’ve had in a while 100% would come back again and for ice cream

Very good smash burger with an amazing beef skirt. Kids loved it as well. Poutine was over gravyed for my liking so all the fries were soggy by the time we got home. If you like a lot of gravy you’ll love it. I like some crunchy fries just my personal preference. Will be returning for sure
