I attended a party of about 20 people at the St. Charles location. Keep in mind the vibe of Hotshots is akin to Hooters the wait staff (all female) are dressed in high cut shorts and low cut shirts. So if you have children it may not be the place for you. There were plenty of pool tables and dart boards the place was aready busy by the time I arrived at about 3pm on a Friday. Around six I think all the pool tables were full with people waiting to play. I didn’t take note of the dart board activity. The food was good, I had 20 count traditional Hot wings, nothing really special. Just the run of the mill unbreaded wings, which is fine for me and exactly what I wanted. They did average on the smaller side, although they were not the tiny wings you’ll see on a buffet. Definitely substantial for me I ate about 10 and took the rest home for lunch the next day. I tried a few of the garlic Parm wings, the flavor was good not overly garlicy and not oily like some chain restaurants. There was a strong parsley finish on the end which was kinda weird but washed away with a few swigs of beer. Oddly enough they looked much bigger than the traditional wings I had. Much more like what I would refer to as a “jumbo wing”. All the other food looked good, another guest had the grilled cheese burger. It looked awesome and the fries were more of a skinny cut with some seasoning on them. I didn’t try any because I was full off my wings.
The wait staff was great, but maybe a little unorganized. Overall they were great, with smiles and super accommodating of random walk-ins for the party. This location is much more updated than the North County location, but I think that is to be expected when any North county establishment also has a location in St. Charles county. I imagine the revenue stream is much better leading to the ability to do updates and modernize. Overall a great experience and if I lived closer would probably go back. I have only had a few beers at the North county location so I look forward to trying that location’s food and giving a review as well.

UPDATE: I: changed to a 2 Star. Replied to email address given and no one has replied. Definitely won’t be going back here again. The corporate big wigs have definitely shown they don’t care about the way a restaurant is ran.
Came in for lunch. Had to get our own menus. We’re never offered silverware. Waited for about 5 mins for a server to acknowledge us. Restaurant was not busy. Ordered an appetizer, a lady talking in her cell phone delivered our appetizer. Weird, unprofessional and kind of unsanitary.. I guess we’re to cheap for napkins because the server just Dropped off a whole roll of paper towels Ordered the blackened turkey club no cheese with waffle fries, got it with no cheese, that’s a plus, did not have lettuce or tomatoes on it like it states in the menu, no waffle fries and a random pile of pickled jalapeños on the side. I didn’t order those. I would have told the server but she was too busy literally sitting and talking to another customer to do a check back. We were about 3/4 way done before she came back. At that point I was finished. I’d also like to add they just let a random homeless guy in there to wander around and use the restroom.

I ordered blackens chicken quesadillas and they were disappointing!!! Nothing but grease I’m sure this was deep fried. No lettuce or jalapeños as shown! South County has amazing quesadillas and prepared as should be. Discusting!

My wife and I needed lunch while in St. Charles. Hotshots was close so we stopped by. We were glad we did!! The food was excellent with generous portions and Sarah, our server was outstanding!! She had a lot going on, and it was her birthday but she made sure we had everything we need. Will definitely go again.

From the very beginning, Chris (manager) was incredible with communication leading up to the party – clear, responsive, and so easy to work with. When I arrived to set up, another manager, Chris, went above and beyond. He helped with everything we needed, checked in constantly, and was so professional and genuinely kind. He was so accommodating & took all of our requests to make our night the best! On top of that, the first Chris, who wasn’t even working that night, still stopped by to drop off tablecloths and make sure everything was going smoothly. That level of care is rare.
Our server Ariel was absolutely amazing. She handled 70+ people effortlessly, was incredibly kind, attentive, and even joined in on the fun with our group. She truly made the night feel special.
The entire team made this celebration unforgettable. We felt supported, taken care of, and welcomed the whole night. I cannot recommend Hotshots St. Charles enough for events—or honestly, for any visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Worst food I’ve ever had at a Hotshots. The burger was so dry I couldn’t even eat it. My finance’s wings were also dry. Honestly, only two meals out of our table of 7 were edible. I would not recommend.

I have been coming here since 2021. I am someone who is antisocial and do not like being around people. This bar however, has made me feel like I have a family. Hanna, Nikki, Destiny, Mackenzie, and Jen, has made me feel wanted loved and important. If it was not for them I would never go out into public. They make me feel loved and worth something. Anyone that has not gone to this bar, I promise you, they will make you feel like you mean something!!! Now I wosh I could leave more in this review, but im not trying to write a boom. Just know these girls care about you. Not your money!!!
