Born out of weekends in the Army, it all started when a few battle buddies discovered that Hotrod had a gift for cooking. Whether it was burgers, homemade Texas chili, tacos, or grilled favorites, every meal became a moment of comfort and camaraderie—even in combat. After returning home, facing the challenges of reintegration and therapy, Hotrod found his greatest solace in the kitchen and at the grill. Cooking wasn’t just about making food—it was about rebuilding, connecting, and creating something special for his family and friends and now you. His new friends.
