Turtle Lake’s Historic Hotel Bar & Grill was opened as a Hotel and Restaurant in 1920. A full-service bar was added after Prohibition ended, and the original back bar remains to this day. Been here a few times and it is always fantastic! Great menu with some variety, service is always friendly and helpful and lots of fun people here! We rode SxS here and love that Turtle Lake is VERY SxS friendly! Today I had a delicious salad (Sugar Salad) and my hubby had a delicious burger….we tried our luck at pull tabs but did not win the big one . We’ll be back for sure!!

Cute place & Ashley our waitress was very attentive, friendly & funny with a great smile & jovial personality. My husband said it was the best club sandwich he ever had in his life. I had the burger. We are dey going back here again. I want to go in the evening for the prime rib. I highly recommend this place.

Stopped in on sxs for a couple drinks and an app and are so glad we did! Bartender was friendly, and the pickled pig poppers were unique and so good. Lots of interesting things on the menu so we’ll def be back.

Great spot for some beverages. We rode our side by sides here 2 days ago. Friendly place. They had a Pina colada special that night. It’s super friendly and the bartender was so happy and nice. We didn’t stay long because we were back on the trail, but we will return. Go here for a fun visit!

I don’t have the opportunity to visit places like this a lot of the time. But It was suggested that I visit this place. And boy was I glad I did. The vibe here is good. The waitress was very friendly. Now the food I ordered was amazing. The flavor was amazing. The Cuban sandwich I ordered was not soggy and the flavor was great. The root beer was pretty good also. I’m definitely going to go back again and eat again. Thank you guys for a great experience.

Just came in and was greeted by Ashley the bartender. She was friendly and brought us popcorn right away and took our beverage order. She asked if we wanted to eat anything. She gave us menus and we ordered. The food was very good and a nice price. Came out hot like you would expect. The place is very clean along with the bathrooms. Will come back again. They also have the football games on. You will have to go there yourself and see the table tops. Very clever.
2-22-19 Went for fish & walleye. Very good. Food came out very hot. Bathroom was clean and everyone was friendly. Would come back again! 10-6-19 have been back a few times. They seem to be a consistently good spot to go. Food and service have been great. They are ATV and snowmobile friendly here.

Food was very good the service was excellent even with a full bar and us sitting at a side table we were greeted right away . The bartender came to our table right away got us drinks was back shortly to take our food order. And the popcorn was an added bonus!!
