Hotco has the most delicious noodles – specifically, the house noodles! They’re the best homemade noodles I’ve ever had and the oil/sauce that it is tossed in is incredible. You can choose the level of spiciness. I also love that they give you a big portion of noodles rather than add a bunch of veggies as filler. Have tried a few of their other menu items and everything is delicious. Staff is always friendly. I hope this place stays around forever, because I can’t imagine not getting my regular Hotco fix!

Words aren’t enough. Everything was so good! My only regret is that I couldn’t eat more. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Dishes accurate, hot, and delicious. So so SO GOOD. Cannot recommend enough!

Jaime was absolutely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items answering all of our questions. We ordered the dandan noodles with minced pork & tofu, medium- LEGENDARY The Hotco House noodles, medium, with karage chicken- DYNAMITE shake shake chicken- SHOOK mango smoothie and guava smoothie paired stunningly with all the flavors. The price was incredibly fair for the portion size and the quality. The fried items were ultra crunchy with zero detectable oil. The sauces and seasonings were fresh, sophisticated, and palate pleasing. 11/10 will absolutely make the 120 mile round trip to visit again <3 PS the dining area was nearly spotless and the restroom were clean.

This was the best food I’ve had in food court by -far-, as well as definite contender for best Chinese food in Madison. We had the five spice crispy tofu as well as garlic green beans and everything was both exquisitely
flavored and not at all greasy. They also offered samples of the karaage chicken and hand-pulled noodles and both were very very very good. The people were extremely friendly.

This place is phenomenal. I finished shopping at the market around 7 on a weeknight. There were only a few options still available and I still had trouble deciding. Hotco offered free samples of their noodles and their chicken karaage. The samples were a little cold, but the flavor was phenomenal. That made my dinner decision super simple.
I got the combo noodle stir fry. It was such a generous portion and tasted great. I had enough for 3 meals! It’s definitely better fresh (like most things), but it was still good reheated. The noodles are some of the best that I’ve ever had.
The only thing I gave less than 5 stars for is the atmosphere. It’s in a food hall, so the atmosphere isn’t anything special. It’s a nice food hall, but it’s still a food hall. Absolutely nothing to do with the restaurant itself.
I want to try several other options in the food hall, but the quality and flavor at Hotco makes it hard to go anywhere else.

Food – their hand pulled noodles are wonderful! Very fresh, and there’s free samples available! We got the mild spicy chicken hand pulled noodle and was impressed. Thief fried tofu is amazing. Very tasty! String bean with garlic sauce is also a great selection. I also ordered chicken karrage and was good!
Service – this is a locally owned carry out restaurant. The owner is soooooo kind! She has a great smile and went around to her customers making sure that everyone was satisfied. How awesome is this!
As a tourist visit from outside of town I was pleasantly surprised and happy to know that such an establishment exists in a food court.
Definitely give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing food and absolutely adorable staff. The woman at the counter was so sweet and very friendly. They had some samples out which immediately convinced me to buy from them. The cat buns are absolutely adorable and delicious I nearly felt bad for eating them.

Ordered the beef stir fried noodles (medium spicy) and the portion you get for $15 was HUGE. Had to get a to-go container and will end up being at least 2 meals. The noodles are hand pulled and have a satisfying bite to them – the texture is amazing. The sauce was savory, spicy, and just a touch sweet, with a mouthwatering saltiness. The vegetables were fresh and there was a good portion of beef, which was soft and well flavored. I will definitely be returning to try some of the other dishes. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

When I tell you this place WOWed me! The hand pulled noodles are some of the best noodles I’ve ever had HANDS DOWN. The karaage chicken was basically kissing my taste buds. On top of the amazing food, they also managed to top that with absolutely stellar service. I actively encourage anyone to go try to restaurant. You absolutely won’t regret it!

We visited Fresh Mart (an international market) for the first time today, and I saw a big sign that said “Pick Up Noodles,” and then I saw an electronic ordering screen in the bakery area. As I was checking out noodle options, a very nice lady came over to help us with our questions. My husband had the vegetarian hand-pulled noodles that reminded me of dumplings and had a bit of vinegar in a good way. These were wavy, a bit thick, and absorbed sauce well. I had the spicy beef noodles ($15 large, enough for 2 meals). Both dishes were delicious, and my hubby was pleased that the vegetables weren’t overcooked. I recommend this place & will prob order a pound of beef dumplings next time ($10). I can tell from the texture and flavor of the hand-pulled noodles that the dumplings will be excellent! I’ve been on a quest to find fresh (not frozen) Chinese noodles that I can cook myself for holidays like the lunar new year. The owner was nice enough to give me a free sample of uncooked noodles as well as the tasty Hotco chili sauce. I cooked them up, and I’m happy that I now have an option to buy fresh, hand-pulled noodles! Check this place out? The texture & taste of homemade noodles is so much better than machine-made dry or frozen noodles! It was also fun to walk around the international grocery store while we waited. There’s a casual cafe where you can eat the noodles, and there are lots of specialties from the Middle East, India, Eastern Europe, and Greece in the store.
