Work had given me a coupon for a free large pizza. Never been here so we went in person to order. Very clean atmosphere with employees who greet you with a smile. We ordered carry out but there is seating available to dine in. We ordered spicy pepperoni and our 17 year old said it is very tasty. We also ordered a large veggie pizza which is also delicious with a luscious amount of veggies. Crust on this pizza is not one you will leave on your plate. The employees were attentive and informative when we asked how long it would take. Highly recommend.

It was my daughter’s birthday 2/6/2026 and we were having a family celebration. She ordered online for pick up, the order was 3 pizzas and bread sticks. Said it would be ready in 20 minutes so when she got there, they said her order was never processed and to wait. She waited inside the building for an additional HOUR continuously asking for updates before an employee suggested she just cancel her order. No sorry. No how can we make this right. Absolutely no consideration for a paying customer. Not only was that horrible customer service, it upset her on her birthday and we had a house full of hungry family ( 5 of whom are kids age 12-2, who were very hungry and cranky)
She supposedly will get a refund, she is a first responder as well, who helps this community and this happens. Now four local families will never return to this pizza establishment and we will advise others to not eat there as well. Apparently they very incompetent and cannot handle servicing our community!

Quality ingredients, tasty pizza and good service. The thin crust is VERY thin, so order regular if you want more food. I had the Veggie and my husband had the chicken Alfredo. Both were tasty and well prepared with generous toppings. We look forward to trying other pizzas on their regular crust.

I ordered pizza on 10/25. There was a staple in my pizza. Luckily I didn’t swallow it. I noticed something sharp in my mouth and pulled out the staple. When I called on 10/26 to explain what happened I didn’t even receive an apology. I was told that it was “probably” an accident. I hope it was an accident! The person on the phone didn’t seem to care at all. I will never order from this location again. Unacceptable!

I was spending the night in Indy for work and went on the hunt for something new and tasty to have delivered to my hotel (I was too tired to go driving myself). Came across HotBox Pizza. Not going to lie, the name is what drew me in. After looking through the menu and seeing the orginiality of the place, I had to order. And I was not disappointed! Food was delicious! And the pizza box had Tootsie Rolls in it! I highly recommend to anyone looking for some tasty pizza. I’m lookong forward to coming back just to have their pizza again.

Awesome service, awesome food! Ordered the summer pie. Absolutely delicious! Real cheese. Additionally, their ranch dressing is superb. Got great service both on the phone and by the delivery guy. Professional, nice, funny. Pizza was delivered in 30 minutes EXACTLY. Only complaints: pizza arrived cold, & the price was fairly high for pizza (albeit delicious pizza). Overall, great experience! Definitely ordering again.
