I love the breadsticks here! Acknowledging that this is mainly a pizza place the wings were underwhelming. The slice of pizza from 11 AM to 2 PM was a great lunch for my kids and the atmosphere was pleasant enough.

Let me start out by saying that I eat a lot of Pizza. Pizza Hut, Dominos, Donato’s, you name it. If it’s a pizza chain/location I’ve likely been there or eaten there often and in all my time no place has ever compared. The consistency is there, no roller coasters, you know EXACTLY what will be in the box. I absolutely love it.
So I lived here from 2013-2018, found it through the Hotel I was staying at at the time. It was amazing and when I moved in full time/ Indianapolis area every few days we found our way here. When we moved away I knew I’d miss our local Hotbox!
So we came back to Indy for a visit and trip down memory lane this was MY MUST STOP for lunch.
Nick and Brendon were absolutely amazing not only as employees and doing the most amazing service but as people, you can see they care down into their core! Fantastic place and I could go on and on about this place and pizza chain. We love this place, and we love you Hotbox Pizza!!!

Stopped in for their lunch box special today. Salad was pretty good and fresh. Pizza took a minute to make but atleast it was fresh. It was okay pizza but nothing spectacular. Staff was super friendly.

The staff here are always fantastic. They are always smiling and happy to see each customer. The management staff interaction with the customers is far superior then any other pizza restaurant in the area. Food is always hot and fresh. The taste is amazing. If you love a good cheese sauce and bread sticks this is the place for you. Pizza is on point every time we order(which is about one a week, sometimes twice). Thank you for being the awesome people you are and keep up the great work!

My BFF and I come here frequently for lunch, and Brandon, the store manager, is always there hustling and making sure it’s a great experience!
The staff are friendly and bring our food quickly, and we’ve never had any errors with our orders. Everything is clean and safely distanced during COVID. Definitely recommend coming and enjoying a thin Pesto Mambo!

First time I ordered from HotBox, never again the pizza. tasted like cardboard maybe 2 tablespoons of sauce on pizza, think about ordering from other pizza places in Plainfield before you order from HotBox I don’t see how they stay in business, it truly is the most nasty mess pizza I’ve ever tasted….. The delivery man was very nice and deserved a raised. Thumbs down definitely
