Decided to try out HotBox in Noblesville, since I was in the area and I was quite impressed. It was a little slow getting our food, but we did have a big party. I got the Deer Creek Box, with a Winter Pie (which is basically just a Mac and Cheese pizza), breadsticks and a drink. The Winter Pie was really good, the tenderness of the pasta mixed with the creaminess of the cheese sauce and the crunch of the bacon and the chew of the crust paired really well into a nice pizza. Breadsticks were fine, and their nacho cheese was still on top. But, the decor was actually really cool! I haven’t been in my local HotBox for a month or two, but the decor had display electric guitars on the wall, murals on the sides, a miniature tree with HotBox plates at the base, it was awesome! Service was alright, they were super friendly. Overall, this was an awesome HotBox experience out of town, and I would highly recommend.

Hotbox pizza is a very mediocre pizza at an above average price. There isn’t anything necessarily bad about it, but the crust is so plain, sauce of average taste but seems high in sodium, and toppings that are just alright. It’s like a step above little caesars, but near the cost of higher quality pizzas like greek’s or jet’s.
If they lowered the price by ~25% and retained current quality, they could make a case for being a great pizza for parties/groups.

We ordered our pizza at 11 am and pick up at 630pm. It was the night of the Indiana game ….when we showed up to pick up the pizza it wasn’t ready. They served everyone else before us even those that came in and orders on the spot. I asked to talk to the manager and he got lippy with me and was like are you yelling when the team is working as hard as possible. I stated that I am still waiting when I ordered at at 11 and I am still waiting for my pizza. He stated that he didn’t appreciate me yelling at him and I stated i didn’t like being patronized and I wanted a refund. He gave me a credit and then stated I better not ever come back to his store. The customer service was awful and I would tell you to not deal with this location.

Typically HotBox is one of my favorite places to go when in town but this time it was less than desirable. The presentation wasn’t very good to begin with but the pizza crust itself was so hard and tough it was inedible. Very very disappointing. The bread sticks were amazing as always!

While HotBox has a reputation for great tasting pizza – our limited experience with this location was less than satisfying. Placed a pickup order online and had to wait an extra 20 minutes in-store to finally get it. As you can see in the photo – the toppings on the pizza are not very well distributed – only the 4 slices in the center were really covered. For $20/pie, I would hope the quality would be better.

I had a less than ideal experience with Hotbox pizza. They called me 20 minutes late, claiming my pizza was ready, but due to a shortage of delivery drivers, I had to pick it up myself. When I arrived, my pizza was made incorrectly, resulting in an extra 10-minute wait for a remake. Frustrating and time-consuming. ⭐⭐

I usually am not one to leave bad reviews but tonight I ordered a pizza and it took almost 2 and a half hours to get here. I called a little over an hour after I ordered it and they said it would be here any minute. After waiting for another 30 minutes I walked past my front door and saw that my pizza had just been left on my porch. No knock or anything so I have no clue how long it was sitting out there and when I went to eat it it was cold.

Absolutely DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Unless you want to be disappointed and frustrated! They forgot something in my order, called immediately after delivery, then Blake, the manager, said it would be here shortly. Fast forward one hour later… nothing. So, I call again. Blake answered and said it should’ve been delivered. Well, it wasn’t! He said it must be the driver’s fault. He then said he could comp the order and bring the item, but the driver is now busy taking cheese to a different store. I say, okay, but I still find this a bit unreasonable. Fast forward 30 more minutes. Nothing. Then, I get a call. It’s Blake again. He said the district manager said the meal could not be comped, but they could deliver the item without delivery fee and would bring a receipt to clear any confusion. Now I am more frustrated because why would you offer to comp it if you didn’t know you could for sure do that? Then, much later, a driver brings JUST a receipt, no missing item. ???? The driver asks what’s missing and we tell him, then he says he’ll bring it (STILL NOT HERE). My husband calls Blake and Blake says he said to me that they could bring the receipt OR the item (NOT what was said). Why is there NO communication between the MANAGER and the driver? Now, we are waiting for the district manager to call us to figure this out. It has been FOUR HOURS SINCE I ORDERED. Blake seems to tell everyone something different and only seems to be covering himself! I will be reaching out to corporate/the owner, I will be telling every single person I know to NOT go here, I will spread the message on social media, etc. I have spent my entire night dealing with the incompetency of this establishment. Oh, and to top it off, our pizza came cold! My husband called again because Blake said the district manager would call in 30 minutes and didn’t. The guy who answered said he’s under Blake and Blake is gone. My husband said I need to speak to the district manager NOW. The guy said it’s already 9 pm and they’ll call tomorrow. Okay but we’ve been sitting here WAITING for the district manager to call because that’s what Blake said. My husband said he didn’t believe him because everyone else has lied to him. Then the guy says, “It’s fine, bruh.” What?! I shouldn’t have to call 4+ times to get an issue fixed. This is the WORST establishment I have EVER ordered from. I wish I could give ZERO stars. I have so much time on my hands and I will be using ALL of it to deter people from going to this establishment.

Jandre, Alex, and the team really went above and beyond when I came in with a complicated order on a build-your-own pizza! They took the time to make sure they knew what I wanted and got to work.
I was in and out speedy quick in ~15min and the pizza came out just how I wanted.
We ordered the pizza split into 4 sections: Big Al’s Fredo, B-Ripp, Heavy Veggy, BBQ. The BBQ had chicken, bacon, red onion, green pepper, and Roma tomatoes with mozzarella.
The BBQ was hands down the best BBQ pizza I’ve ever had. The other three types were top notch as well.
