Now their breadsticks are 5 stars. Cheese is 5 stars. I could eat their breadsticks daily…
We sometimes will go to other pizza spots and come here for the sticks.
Affordable pizza for sure. I don’t think it’s the freshness, it’s the sauce… something about it is overwhelming. Just not very good.
Salad is also good, fresh. Ranch is also not a generic store bought it’s something they make. Excellent quality!
I’m going to try a pizza with a new sauce or light sauce and re-review.

Great service. I had the Hawaiian thin crust. It was delicious and had a crunchy crust. Just like I like it. Fresh ingredients and a 10 minute wait made the experience awesome.

We’re new to the area and Hotbox was one of the first meals we ordered after moving in. We were so impressed we keep ordering. We get delivery, and order online, so we don’t have any of the issues recent reviews have mentioned. We’ve gotten the same driver multiple times (Rob) and he’s super awesome.
We love the thin crust. It’s crispy, and seasoned well. We absolutely LOVE the spicy pepperoni and how crispy it gets. The hot honey drizzle, is just *chefs kiss*
The stix are salted, the cheese sauce taste very nacho-y, and honestly the prices are good for what we’re getting. We always have our delivery within 30 mins. I really can’t say enough good stuff about Hotbox. We love them!

Their pizza is almost always very good. This time we had an issue picking up our pre-paid carry-out order. The crew at the counter couldn’t find my name in their computer system. It’s “Geoff”. Even after telling them it was “two small pizzas, to be ready at 6:20”, they said they didn’t have the order. Finally, one of them looked on their rack for carry out orders. The ONLY pizzas sitting on the rack were for “Geoff”.

So I ordered online. Through the website for Hot Box. It said my pizzas would be ready at 9:01 pm I paid the 58 drove there it was probably 5 after 9 when I walked in and my order was just sitting there on the thing. Like the paper . They hadn’t seen it and had not even started my order. They said it would be ready in 10 mins …I left the store at 9:34 I had to go stand up near the counter because I think they forgot about me again. It was more social hour with the employees than caring bout work or customers I won’t be back.

We order from this Hot Box regularly. Delivery is always fast, and pizza arrives hot. I order online, and had an issue with a pizza. It was immediately resolved and had a new pizza at my door in less than 30 minutes! Thank you Gavin and the rest of your staff!
