Use to love this place, unfortunately some of the food tastes a little off-putting with the egg rolls being extremely too hard to bite and if you can bite it, the taste of the grease is terrible, almost like it hasn’t been cleaned properly. The pan fried noodles tasted like they had been sprinkled with dirt. Otherwise the other stuff we had was amazing and cooked to perfection.

Great Food, Fast Service, and Friendly Staff!
Stopped at The Hot Walk for dinner and was thoroughly impressed. The service was amazingly fast, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. They offer a good selection of beer and liquor, which was a nice bonus. The restaurant has plenty of seating, making it easy to find a spot to relax and enjoy a meal.
I tried the coconut chicken which was lightly breaded and in a coconut sauce. It was very good.
It also looks like they host live music or karaoke, which adds to the fun atmosphere.
I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend checking this place out.

We decided to stop in today on New Years Day 2025 to try them out, and we were not disappointed! Hubby tried the General So’s Chicken and I had the Beef and Broccoli . Both dishes we very delicious and came with choice of rices and soups. We’re definitely coming back again.

First time here! Heard a lot of good things about this local gem. The food was great. I decided on the lemon chicken. It was so good! The flavor of the lemon sauce was delicious and strong, yet not overpowering. It didnt taste fake, as I have experienced elsewhere. Good portions, with enough for leftovers.

The wife and I found this while driving through Lyle. A few days later, we decided to try it for my birthday evening out.
The service from the waitresses was great, we sat at the only small tabke left in the back (it was full of other diners) and we enjoyed playing pool after eating a delicious, generously portioned meal.

I had the General Tsos chicken with fried rice & egg flower soup. Staff is friendly and it’s not a fancy place but it’s homey and comfortable. Food is really good and lots of it. Well worth a visit!

Absolutely shocked. An abysmal experience that left me disgusted. The food wasn’t lousy or mediocre, it was purely vile. I was speechless when I opened my to go boxes, everything was super gross and weird. Even the rice was bad. It tasted dusty and unwashed. I knew I took a risk ordering the fried calamari, but nothing could have prepared me for what was in the box. 6 fish sticks. They gave me 6 rubbery fish sticks instead of fried calamari. The chicken was separated from the sauce which odd, and the sauce was neon red like a fire truck and extremely sweet like a syrup. Absolutely disgusting. I had a few bites of the food before I couldn’t continue due to the gross texture and flavor. Yea I don’t recommend eating here, or at least definitely don’t order takeout.

Stopped in on our way back from the dalles. food was pretty good, portions were huge, and price was good for what you got. Service was very good, they were pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be back.
