The place was a little run down but do not let that turn you away! The food was great! Quickly done ✔️ the owners were friendly!! Sorry I didn’t get any pictures. It was devoured once we tasted how good it was!

Great food iv been going there for the shrimp lo main only 12 bucks and they fill the container up completely im a big person I could finish a meal always but they give you so much that it takes atleast 2 days to finish

Forgot half my food told me it was 45 minutes took an hour and a half to get my food and didn’t even get all my food. Terrible will never go back there again.

The food was really good. I tried a few different things general tso and chicken lo mein. Both were good and I will get it again! The wonton soup was not good tasted old, bitter sour. But all in all it was delicious.

We ordered takeout. The rice was MAYBE halfway cooked, with little to no seasoning, and no fried egg. The meat entrees were mediocre at best. The egg rolls were the highlight of the meal and nothing to write home about. The “crab” Rangoon was sweetened cream cheese wrapped and fried with little to no crab meat in them whatsoever. WILL DEFINITELY NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!

To this day this is probably the best Chinese takeout I have ever had. It is always fresh and flavorful no matter what my family and I order. Our food is always ready in the time frame they specify and I have rarely waited more than 5 minutes if I arrive on time.
The Sweet and Sour chicken is my favorite thing to order and my wife loves their Cashew Chicken. The Crab Rangoons are on the sweeter side, but still delicious. If you like Egg Rolls and Spring Rolls, those are also a solid choice. Crunchy on the outside and not soggy or under/overdone. Their fried rice is phenomenal, full of vegetables and whatever meat you prefer, unlike some other restaurants in the area who tend to have very bland fried rice. I can safely say I have never had anything bad from Hot Wok and I highly recommend it if you enjoy Takeout.
They recently reopened the lobby and there is no longer the COVID shielding in place, so picking up orders is no longer awkward. The owners are super friendly and keep the restaurant clean. If you’re looking around for good Chinese takeout, you have to give this place a shot. I have never been disappointed. New Hot Wok in Mansfield is a close second, but I believe its the same family or at least relatives that own it.

Food is pretty ok, I’d give it a 3.5 if I could. The wontons in the soup taste a little weird but the broth is good. Pork fried rice was very undercooked. Eggrolls as they should be, steamed dumplings as well. Fried wontons were on point. General Tsos chicken was excellent. Perfectly cooked and a nice generous portion. We have 2 places here in Galion and this place is by far superior.

The employees are super sweet and the food is DELICIOUS. We go at least once a month when we’re able! The prices are reasonable and the family is amazing. There hasn’t ever been a long wait, and I’ve always been greeted with friendliness. I recommend Hot Wok to everyone.
